    Abstract: Provided is a heating cooker which includes a body constituting an appearance thereof, an upper panel on which a cooking container is laid, a heater positioned under the upper panel to heat the cooking container laid on the upper panel, a fan housing liftably positioned at one side of the body to be raised above the upper panel and having an air intake port and an air discharge port, a blast fan and a fan motor positioned in the fan housing to forcibly blow air toward a surface of the upper panel, a fan housing lifter to raise and lower the fan housing, a temperature sensor to detect the temperature of the upper panel, and a controller to control the heater, the fan motor, and the fan housing lifter. The upper panel heated by the heater can be forcibly cooled by air from the fan housing.

    Abstract: A speaker device for a portable terminal including a first housing and a second housing coupled to the first housing and rotating towards or away from the first housing while facing the first housing. The speaker device includes a speaker unit mounted in the second housing, first sound output holes formed in the second housing, and second sound output holes formed in the first housing. When the second housing is folded to the first housing, a sound output from the speaker unit is guided into the first housing through the first sound output holes, travels inside the first housing and is output through the second sound output holes. In the speaker device for the portable terminal, the speaker unit and the resonating space are separately positioned in the housings, thereby providing a mellow volume and a high-quality sound and contributing to slimness of the portable terminal.

    Abstract: Methods of executing a multi-page copyback program in a non-volatile memory device are provided, where the non-volatile memory device includes a memory having a plurality of memory blocks. A page of data of the memory block having a first address is replaced responsive to a generated multi-page copyback program command. It is determined if the first address of the page of data is the same as a stored address of the page at which the failure was detected. The first address is incremented if it is determined that the first address and the stored address are not the same. The pages of data are replaced, the addressed are compared and the addresses are incremented until it is determined that the incremented address and the stored address are the same. A buffer that controls voltage so as to generate a bias voltage having a smaller swing width than the control voltage. A voltage controlled oscillator receives the bias voltage and oscillates an output clock. A clock divider divides the frequency of the output clock at a predetermined ratio so as to generate the feedback clock.
