Abstract: A method for generating driver assistance information of a traveling vehicle. The method can restructure traveling environments into an image based on a sensor system capable of removing blind spots around a traveling vehicle, and a scheme capable of exactly detecting a lane and a vehicle, and give a collision warning when there is a possibility of collision. Further, the method integrates recognition results of front/rear vehicles based on a lane recognition method applicable to various road environments, including the shape, curvature and loss of a lane, improves the stability of lane recognition, and distinguishes a solid line from a dot line, so it is possible to provide a driver with the subdivided degrees of danger. In addition, when a vehicle deviates from a lane, a voice warning may be output and the position of the vehicle for a road is restructured as an image.

The method includes: stacking a gate insulation layer and a polysilicon layer on a semiconductor substrate; forming a photoresist layer on the polysilicon layer; forming a gate stack by etching the gate insulation layer and the polysilicon layer; performing a first impurity ion implantation process to form a shallow first impurity area in the semiconductor substrate; forming a gate spacer layer on one side of the gate stack; and performing a second impurity ion implantation process to form a deep second impurity area in the semiconductor substrate.

Upon receipt of a bandwidth adjustment request from a requesting client node, the system adjusts bandwidth when network link capacity meets the bandwidth adjustment request, or when total amount of bandwidth offered to trade by any peers of the requesting client node meets the bandwidth adjustment request.

Abstract: A concatenating speech synthesizer concatenates selected speech units to obtain the desired synthesized speech. When desired speech units of phonetic and/or prosodic context are not available, the synthesizer selects replacement speech units based on measures representative of the difference between the HMM acoustic models of the desired speech unit and available speech units.

Abstract: An image signal processing apparatus and a method thereof are disclosed. The image signal processing apparatus includes a random producing unit which produces seed values to a plurality of frames input for a predetermined period by using a linear feedback shift register (LFSR), and a dithering processing unit which carries out a dithering to input image signals by using the seed values produced by the random producing unit. With this construction, the apparatus can carry out the dithering without using a frame buffer, thereby allowing a high-definition image to be realized.

Abstract: A method of stacking a flexible substrate is provided. The method includes the steps of: preparing a carrier substrate; stacking an adhesive layer on the carrier substrate; and stacking a flexible substrate having at least one image display device on the adhesive layer using a laminating or pressing method. Thus, the flexible substrate is easily fabricated without modification of conventional mass-production equipment for fabricating a display, and thereby a lightweight, thin, and compact flexible display can be realized.

Software is used to control intensity parameters applied to pixels to be illuminated in the image projected in the cross-section being exposed in the image plane.

Abstract: Provided is an air-mixing nozzle for a bidet. The air-mixing nozzle for a bidet includes: a cleaning tip and a bidet tip having air-mixing means disposed at ends of a cleaning cylinder and a bidet cylinder each having a cleaning water ejection port and a bidet water ejection port to mix air using a pressure difference generated during ejection of the cleaning water; and a drive member having a belt and a gear meshed with each other to reciprocate the cleaning cylinder and the bidet cylinder.
