Abstract: A high voltage generator includes a charge pump generating a high voltage in response to a pumping clock signal, a charge/discharge circuit responsive to the pumping clock signal and charging the high voltage to generate an output voltage, a comparator for comparing the output voltage with a reference voltage to generate a comparison result, and a clock modification circuit adjusting a pumping slope of the charge pump in relation to the comparison result, wherein the clock modification circuit reduces the pumping slope when the high voltage reaches a target voltage level.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a tape wiring board in accordance with the present invention may employ an imprinting process in forming a wiring pattern thereby reducing the number of processes for manufacturing a tape wiring board and allowing the manufacturing process to proceed in a single production line. Therefore, the manufacturing time and cost may be reduced. A profile of the wiring pattern may be determined by the shape of an impression pattern of a mold. This may establish the top width of inner and outer leads and incorporate fine pad pitch. Although ILB and OLB process may use an NCP, connection reliability may be established due to the soft and elastic wiring pattern.

Abstract: Provided are an optoelectronic (OE) transmitter integrated circuit (IC) and method of fabricating the same using a selective growth process. In the OE transmitter IC, a driving circuit, which includes a double heterojunction bipolar transistor (DHBT) and amplifies received electric signals to drive an electroabsorption (EA) modulator, and the EA modulator with a multi-quantum well (MQW) absorption layer are integrated as a single chip on a semi-insulating substrate. The MQW absorption layer of the EA modulator and an MQW insertion layer of the DHBT are formed to different thicknesses from each other using a selective MOCVD growth process.

Abstract: A method of controlling On-Die Termination (ODT) resistors of memory devices sharing signal lines is provided. The ODT controlling method comprises setting an ODT control enable signal of each of the memory devices and address/command or data termination information to a mode register of the corresponding memory device, and controlling resistances of ODT resistors of the signal lines in the memory devices in response to the address/command or data termination information and termination addresses. When only one of the memory devices is activated, ODT resistors of the activated memory device are set to a first resistance. When all the memory devices are activated, ODT resistors of the memory devices are set to a second resistance.

Abstract: An overlay mark may include a main overlay pattern and an auxiliary overlay pattern, wherein the main overlay pattern may have an opening exposing a substrate and the auxiliary overlay pattern may be formed in the opening. The auxiliary overlay pattern may be spaced apart from a sidewall of the main overlay pattern defining the opening. The thickness ratio of the auxiliary overlay pattern to the main overlay pattern may be about 0.05:1 to about 0.30:1. Accordingly, overlay accuracy measurements may be improved using the clearer overlay mark according to example embodiments.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a beamforming method used in an ultrasonic imaging system, the method comprises: receiving the reflected echo signal from the reception my by the transducer elements of the probe; transmit the received reflected echo signal by the transducer element to a receiving and processing channel to be amplified and AD converted to obtain digital echo data; storing the digital echo data into the memory; generating apodization parameters by the apodization parameter real time calculation device based on the digital echo data; and performing beamforming by the receiving and beamforming module by involving the generated apodization parameters. Memory resources of the system can be saved by the technical solution of the present invention, and the speed of parameter loading can be increased when the probe is switched by the system.
