    Abstract: A disk drive including a tray and an opener. The tray includes a disk cartridge mounted thereon and is loaded into and unloaded from a main body. The opener is installed in the main body and elastically contacts a guide formed on the tray. The opener includes a second gear and a first protrusion. The second gear rotates a rotating wheel when in contact with a first gear. The first protrusion formed on a first end of the second gear temporarily rotates the rotating wheel so that the first and second gears can mesh. The guide has a first cam that moves the opener such that the first protrusion does not interfere with the latch when the tray is loaded/unloaded.

The head section includes a curling component having a back side and a front side where an eyelash to be curled is introduced. The curling component has a metal blade at its forming member to form better curls than a plastic blade. The lower end of the body section serves as the handle for the device. A push button controls the curling component and is situated at a position opposite the front side of the curling component thereby preventing the push button from contacting the face of a user.

Accordingly, the interference cancellation can be accomplished while lowering the complexity of the receiver without degrading the spectral efficiency.

    Abstract: Methods of fabricating a semiconductor device are provided. A semiconductor substrate is provided that includes a single crystalline structure within at least a defined region thereof. A thin layer is formed on the semiconductor substrate. The thin layer is patterned to form a plurality of spaced apart field structures and to expose therebetween portions of the semiconductor substrate having the single crystalline structure. A non-crystalline layer is formed on the exposed portions of the semiconductor substrate having the single crystalline structure. The non-crystalline layer is planarized to expose upper surfaces of the field structures and define non-crystalline active structures from the non-crystalline layer between the field structures. A laser beam is generated that heats the non-crystalline active structures to change them into single crystalline active structures having substantially the same single crystalline structure as the defined region of the semiconductor substrate.

The transmitter generates the transmission signal in which pilot subcarriers and data subcarriers are regularly arranged, performs preceding on the transmission signal, modulates the pre-coded transmission signal into an OFDM symbol, and transmits the OFDM symbol. The receiver receives the OFDM symbol; demodulates the OFDM symbol, detects the pilot subcarriers from a demodulated signal, estimates channels using the pilot subcarriers, and restores the transmission signal using the estimated channels.
