The inkjet print head in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first electrode being formed in each nozzle; and a second electrode located on a side spaced from the nozzle and arranged to block between any two adjacent nozzles and inducing an electrostatic field for discharging ink from the nozzle by forming an electric potential difference between the first electrode and the second electrode.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a resistance variable memory device, and more particularly, to a resistance variable memory device capable of preventing an effect of coupling noise. The resistance variable memory device includes: a memory cell connected to a bit line; a precharge circuit precharging the bit line in response to a precharge signal; a bias circuit providing a bias voltage to the bit line in response to,a bias signal; and a control logic controlling the precharge signal and the bias signal. The control logic provides the bias signal to the bias circuit at a precharge interval. Accordingly, the resistance variable memory device according to the present invention can prevent an effect coupling noise.

The mode register activates an additional function control signal when a mode register set code indicates that an additional function is to be executed concurrently with a refresh operation. Abstract: A method for confirming an SMS message reading position and a system for performing the method are disclosed. A reading-position confirmation terminal device includes a display part, a wireless circuit part and a control part. The wireless circuit part sets a communication channel with a mobile communication network system. The control part transmits an SMS message and information requesting a reading time and a reading position in accordance with a reading the SMS message through the wireless circuit part, and displays the reading time and the reading position to the display part when a time and a position in accordance with a reading of the SMS message by a user of a receiving mobile phone. Therefore, a transmitting mobile phone may confirm a reading position of the corresponding SMS message, so that the position of the SMS message receiving side may be easily checked by the transmitting mobile phone.

Abstract: A transmission type screen for stereoscopic images having a transmission layer includes an incident surface having a gloss surface, a transmission layer having a refractive index less than 1.55, a transmissivity more than 60%, and an imaging surface having surface particle sizes of 40 to 400 mesh that avoids a hot spot. The imaging surface is formed on the final surface through which images are transmitted, so that the components operate in an organic fashion with respect to each other. The polarization degree of stereoscopic images is maximized thereby increasing the three-dimensional effect and the transmissivity, and enables viewers to view images clearly several times better than with a conventional screen.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and system for setting security of a portable terminal by utilizing an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) function of a USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module) card used in Third Generation portable terminals. For this, USIM card information is registered in an access control server, and the USIM card information of the portable terminal is sensed through a RFID reader installed at a point of entry of a secure area, and the security setting of the portable terminal is automatically performed according to the registration of USIM card information in the access control server.

Abstract: A non-volatile memory device for 2-bit operation and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The non-volatile memory device includes an active region and a gate extending in a word line direction on a semiconductor substrate, and crossing each other repeatedly; a charge storage layer disposed below the gate, and confined at a portion where the gate and the active region cross; a charge blocking layer formed on the charge storage layer; a tunnel dielectric layer formed below the charge storage layer; first and second source/drain regions formed in the active region exposed by the gate; and first and second bit lines crossing the word line direction. The active region may be formed in a first zigzag pattern and/or the gate may be formed in a second zigzag pattern in symmetry with the first zigzag pattern.

Abstract: A song writing method and apparatus using a touch screen in a mobile terminal are disclosed. The song writing method includes: displaying, upon activation of a song writing mode, an onscreen musical keyboard of an octave on the touch screen; identifying, when a key of the onscreen musical keyboard is touched, a musical note mapped to the touched key through computation of coordinates of the touched key; creating musical interval data on the basis of the identified note and the current octave level; and converting the musical interval data into sound data recognizable by the mobile terminal and outputting the sound data. Hence, various types of songs can be conveniently composed through the song writing method employing the onscreen musical keyboard. The applicability of the mobile terminal can be extended through a function that can mix a written song with contents generated through various musical instruments.
