The preparation thereof includes the following steps: (1) placing mesenchymal passage cells with a density of 1.0×106 cells/mL to 5.0×107 cells/mL in a culture medium containing DMEM/F12 40-50%, RPMI1640 40-50%, bovine serum albumin (BSA) 0.1-2%, epidermal growth factor (EGF) 1-15 ?g/mL, fibroblast growth factor (FGF) 1-15 ?g/mL, insulin transferrin 1-15 ?g/mL, compound amino acids (18AA) 0.01-0.1%, and 2-10 ?mol/L of a stressor, and then culturing the cells under conditions of 37.0° C.±0.5° C. and 5%±1.0% CO2 for 10 minutes to 14 hours, and then performing isolation, washing, and collecting cells, wherein the stressor is selected from any one of compounds 1-16 or a combination thereof; (2) performing an ultrasonic treatment on the collected cells at 2° C.-8° C. to prepare a cell lysate, and filtering same so as to obtain the cell protein extract.

Such a magnitude permits obtaining robust determination of vital signs, such as heart rate and respiration rate.

It is determined that a congestion level of a cell associated with a node exceeds a predetermined threshold, where the cell is providing communication to at least a first device having a first device type and a second device having a second device type. Prior to transmitting a packet to a component of a wireless communications network, a header associated with the packet is modified to include an indication that the congestion level of the cell exceeds the predetermined threshold. Based on the indication that the congestion level of the cell exceeds the predetermined threshold, a QoS flow is modified for devices having the first device type but not for devices having the second device type.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of ultrasonic detection, in particular to a craniocerebral ultrasonic standard plane imaging and automatic detection and display method for abnormal regions. The following technical solution is adopted: contour detection is performed on the scanned ultrasound images the skull to construct a skull surface model, and the standard planes in ultrasound images are identified and extracted according to the skull surface model. The symmetry of the standard planes in ultrasound images is used to compare the similarity, so as to obtain the abnormal regions for segmentation and display. The advantages of the present disclosure are as follows: the skull surface model is constructed by detecting the cranial edge, and the coordinate system is established based on this model, thereby the standard planes in ultrasound images can be quickly identified from the scanned ultrasound images.
