    Abstract: Systems and methods for utilizing the dead space around the periphery of a chip for sealing a direct liquid cooled module are disclosed. One of the functions of a direct liquid cooled module is to provide cooling liquid to components located on a chip. A groove member for receiving a sealing member may be applied to the top surface of the chip. The groove member may be directly deposited to the top surface or coupled thereto via an adhesive and/or epoxy. The groove member may be in the form of opposing sidewalls or a u-shaped structure each of which form a partial enclosure for receipt of the sealing member. The groove member may be located entirely within the dead space or at least partially within the dead space and partially within a central area in which the chip components are located. The sealing member may be an O-ring or a gasket.

In the preparation method for optically active citronellal, a substrate is subjected to an asymmetric hydrogenation reaction in the presence of the transition metal catalyst to generate the optically active citronellal, wherein the transition metal catalyst is obtained by reacting a transition metal compound with an optically active ligand containing two phosphorus atoms, and the raw material of the substrate is one of neral and geranial or a combination thereof to control the hydroxyl value to be less than or equal to 6 mgKOH/g and/or the iron content to be less than or equal to 50 ppm in the raw material of the substrate for the asymmetric hydrogenation reaction.

On the basis of liquid phase plasma, an inert gas is introduced to generate plasma by a gas-liquid two-phase discharge method. The introduction of inert gas facilitates the formation of discharge channels, reduces the difficulty of product synthesis, improves mass transfer rates of active particles, helps to improve synthesis rates of carbon nano-products, increases discharge contact area and enhances discharge stability. A high reaction efficiency and a short time consumption can be realized. A pulsed power supply is adopted for discharge, which has lower energy consumption compared with the direct current discharge. Moreover, the process is simple, raw materials are easy to obtain, and there is no need for catalysts, strong oxidants or strong corrosives, so the purity of the product maybe higher.
