    Abstract: A negative index material (or metamaterial) crossbar includes a first layer of approximately parallel nanowires and a second layer of approximately parallel nanowires that overlay the nanowires in the first layer. The nanowires in the first layer are approximately perpendicular in orientation to the nanowires in the second layer. Each nanowire of the first layer and each nanowire of the second layer has substantially regularly spaced fingers. The crossbar further includes resonant elements at nanowire intersections between the respective layers. Each resonant element includes two fingers of a nanowire in the first layer and two fingers of a nanowire in the second layer.

    Abstract: Oxotitanium phthalocyanine nanoparticles in the crystal form of phase-Y (Y-TiOPc) having particle diameters of 2˜4 nm, preparation, and applications thereof are disclosed. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a concentrated sulfuric acid solution of TiOPc with water or dilute sulfuric acid, or water or dilute sulfuric acid with a surfactant dissolved therein, or an aqueous solution of a low molecular weight organic compound to form a suspension or hydrosol; adding into the resulting suspension or hydrosol chlorinated hydrocarbons to extract TiOPc into an organic phase, so as to form a colloidal solution of Y-TiOPc nanoparticles; and then, washing and drying the above nanoparticles to give rise to a powder of the Y-TiOPc nanoparticles. Such a nanoparticle powder can disperse in chlorinated hydrocarbons to form stable colloidal solutions, thereby providing an alternative approach for solving the problem of poor dispersibility for Y-type TiOPc.

Each pivot support is pivoted with an adjustment piece having a plurality of guiding openings. The guiding openings are positioned over the plurality of nozzle tubes correspondingly. A nozzle cover is connected with the outside of the hollow pipe for covering the adjustment piece. A plurality of long through holes for mounting the corresponding nozzle tubes is arranged at the nozzle cover. Around a pivot hole, the adjustment piece swings so as to drive the plurality of nozzle tubes moving at an angle and different water distribution patterns are provided.

When a user clicks on any of at least one application linking object on the toolbar page through the terminal device, the terminal device is able to obtain a status page from the toolbar server and then store page information on the background or toolbar page into the status page and connect to the application server for obtaining an application page corresponding to the application linking object clicked on, so as to enable the application page to access the page information.
