The cage holder is connected to the cage support to fix the cage support to an optical substrate. The first cage movable frame is movably disposed in the cage holder. The first lens and a second lens of a metal additive manufacturing system together form a structure of conjugate foci, such that a thermal radiation generated from a high-power infrared laser irradiation zone forms according to a fixed ratio an image captured by the light detector.

    Abstract: A particle removal method includes loading a particle attracting member with a coating layer into a processing chamber of a processing apparatus. The method also includes fixing the particle attracting member on a holder in the processing chamber in a cleaning cycle. The method also includes attracting particles in the processing chamber by the coating layer of the particle attracting member due to a potential difference between the particles and the coating layer. The particles are attracted to the surface of the coating layer. The method further includes loading the particle attracting member with the coating layer and the attracted particles out of the processing chamber, after the cleaning cycle. In addition, the method includes loading a semiconductor wafer into the processing chamber, and performing a semiconductor process on the semiconductor wafer in the processing chamber. The semiconductor process is performed after the cleaning cycle.

The temperature T of an adapter board of the rechargeable battery is detected by a sensor of an electronic device, and a temperature difference ?Ti between a cell and the adapter board is calculated during charging or discharging of the battery for a predetermined time period by acquiring a predetermined relationship mode. A cumulative temperature difference ?T is calculated by accumulating the delta T value ?Ti, and a temperature value Tcell of the cell is calculated through the detected temperature T minus the accumulated temperature difference ?T. Then, the electronic device can keep normal operation when taking the calculated temperature as the temperature of the cell.
