    Abstract: A method for detecting state of health of a battery of an electronic device is provided. An initial capacity of the battery is obtained when the battery is charged or discharged with a predetermined current and in a predetermined temperature, and a first State of Charge (SOC) value is calculated when the battery is discharged to a discharge cutoff voltage. An available capacity of the battery is calculated with the predetermined current and in the predetermined temperature based on a maximum capacity of the battery, the first State of Charge value, and a second State of Charge value, and a capacity fade is obtain based on a ratio of the available capacity and the initial capacity. Thus, the state of health is detected based on the capacity fade.

    Abstract: A method for correcting temperature of a rechargeable battery is provided. The temperature T of an adapter board of the rechargeable battery is detected by a sensor of an electronic device, and a temperature difference ?Ti between a cell and the adapter board is calculated during charging or discharging of the battery for a predetermined time period by acquiring a predetermined relationship mode. A cumulative temperature difference ?T is calculated by accumulating the delta T value ?Ti, and a temperature value Tcell of the cell is calculated through the detected temperature T minus the accumulated temperature difference ?T. Then, the electronic device can keep normal operation when taking the calculated temperature as the temperature of the cell.

    Abstract: One or more pumping liners are provided for use in chemical vapor deposition (CVD). A pumping liner encircles a deposition chamber within which a wafer is placed and into which a precursor is introduced to form a thin film on a surface of the wafer. The pumping liner regulates a rate and uniformity at which a gas is removed from the deposition chamber, which in turn affects a duration or degree to which different portions of the wafer are exposed to the precursor. Controlling exposure of the wafer to the precursor promotes uniformity of the film formed on the wafer as well an ability to regulate the thickness of the film formed on the wafer. In an embodiment, a pumping liner has at least one of relatively small liner apertures, an increased number of liner apertures or a non-uniform distribution of liner apertures within a body of the pumping liner.
