    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a plurality of pixel units distributed in an array. The pixel unit includes: a pixel driver circuit configured to provide a driving current, a plurality of sub-pixels configured to emit light under an action of the driving current, and a switching circuit including a plurality of switching units arranged in correspondence with the plurality of sub-pixels. The switching unit is connected in series between the pixel driver circuit and a corresponding sub-pixel, a control end of the switching unit is configured to receive a switching signal, a first end of the switching unit is connected to the pixel driver circuit, a second end of the switching unit is connected to the corresponding sub-pixel, and the switching unit conducts a communication path between the sub-pixel and the pixel driver circuit in response to the switching signal.

    Abstract: A method for identifying high-quality lithium-potassium-rich brine reservoirs based on parameter sensitivity analysis is provided. Basic characteristics of a brine reservoir area are determined. The sensitive parameter analysis of the brine reservoir area is performed by rock physics modeling and cross-plotting of logging curves to determine a rock physics parameter range and a logging parameter range of the brine reservoir area. The relationship between the wave impedance and the water saturation based on the rock physics model. A coordinate range of a water-rich reservoir is determined based on the inversion result of the water saturation. Within the coordinate range of the water-rich reservoir, a coordinate range of the lithium-potassium-rich brine reservoir is determined based on the natural gamma inversion result obtained by waveform phase-controlled inversion, so as to achieve geophysical identification and prediction of high-quality brine reservoirs in the marine strata.

A new use of phenytoin sodium is provided.     Abstract: An ion channel blocker for treatment and/or prevention of hepatic fibrosis is provided. Based on the fact that the activation of hepatic stellate cells is an important link in anti-hepatic fibrosis, it is found that gliclazide has the effect of inhibiting the activation of hepatic stellate cells by in vitro and in vivo experiments. Further exploration reveals that gliclazide mainly inhibits the activation of hepatic stellate cells by inhibiting autophagy pathways, and thus the gliclazide can be used to prepare medicaments for treatment and/or prevention of hepatic fibrosis.

    Abstract: An application of potassium ion (K+) channel blocker in preparation of drugs for treating liver fibrosis is provided, which relates to the field of medical technologies. The K+ channel blocker is sotalol, the sotalol is originally used as an antiarrhythmic drug in clinic and has a property of inhibiting K+ channels. Experiments show that sotalol can effectively inhibit liver fibrosis and reduce expression of fibrosis-related protein alpha-smooth muscle actin (?-SMA), specifically by regulating expression and/or function of autophagy and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) molecules to achieve inhibition of hepatic stellate cell (HSC) fibrosis, so as to provide a new drug choice for clinical treatment of the liver fibrosis.
