Abstract: This invention relates to a skate, including a shoe body and a skating device, wherein the sole of the shoe body comprises a front part, a middle bow part and a rear part. The skating device is mounted only under the middle bow part. Therefore, the toe of the front part and the heel of the rear part can respectively contact with the ground easily. When the toe of the front part contacts with the ground, the angle A between the planes of the sole and the ground is less than 45°. When the heel of the rear part contacts with the ground, the angle B between the planes of the sole and the ground is less than 45°.

Abstract: A runner for a snowmobile ski is fabricated from flat metal plate stock and incorporates mounting features for securing the runner to the ski and a wear strip of a relatively harder material provided on and projecting from a lower surface of the runner body. A quick release mounting system is provided for attaching the runner to the ski, including quick installation and release wedge mounting systems. The thin runner blade and wear strip are of the same thickness and are joined by a brazed joint. The invention contemplates a method of fabricating the runner and a method of mounting the runner.

Abstract: A runner for a snowmobile ski is fabricated from flat metal plate stock and incorporates mounting features for securing the runner to the ski and a wear strip of a relatively harder material provided on and projecting from a lower surface of the runner body. A quick release mounting system is provided for attaching the runner to the ski, including quick installation and release wedge mounting systems. The thin runner blade and wear strip are of the same thickness and are joined by a brazed joint. The invention contemplates a method of fabricating the runner and a method of mounting the runner.

The cabinet is provided with one or more electrical sockets for connecting of electrically-powered tools and equipment, as well as one or more reels for holding electrical extension cords. The sockets are operationally connected to an on/off switch, and the reels are likewise connected to individual on/off switches. The cabinet rests on the bottom plate when in use and can be transported to the job site with the help of recessed rotating wheels secured in the rear bottom corners of the cabinet. A handle is secured to the rear wall to allow pulling or pushing of the cabinet when required.

Abstract: A skateboard that may be easily assembled and disassembled without tools for portability comprises a multiple section deck having one or more mounting mechanisms thereon that are configured for releasably mounting a truck mounting assembly thereto so as to join two deck sections together. The truck mounting assembly has a standard truck assembly and a truck mount attached or integral therewith. The truck mount is configured to engage the mounting mechanism. A securing mechanism secures the truck mounting assembly to the deck to provide an assembled skateboard suitable for riding. In a preferred embodiment, the truck mount has a mounting cavity for receiving a truck mount connector therein and an outwardly extending member configured to engage a securing assembly attached to the deck. The skateboard is made out of lightweight materials and with disassemblable components so it may be easily carried in a backpack or other carrying case.

In a preferred embodiment, the truck mounting assembly and mounting mechanism are configured for twist-and-lock engagement. Preferably, the truck mount has a mounting cavity for receiving a truck mount connector therein and an internal elongated spring member that biases an engagement member into a slot on the truck mount connector in order to prevent unintended disengagement of the truck mounting assembly from the deck. One or more securing mechanisms are utilized to secure the truck mount to the truck mount connector and the deck.

A connection tube extends from the bottom bracket so as to be disengagably connected to the down tube. An end tube is connected to the seat tube and disengagably connected to the seat tube.

An adjuster is mounted between the two arms. The adjuster includes a linkage includes a lower end pivotally connected to the two arms and a bolt screwed through an upper end of the linkage and extends into the front frame to make the upper end of the linkage abut against the front frame due to a gravity from the bicycle.

The suspension system provides complete independence for each wheel.

Abstract: A swinging trailer to facilitate connection to a towed vehicle by placing the hitch ball carried by the towing vehicle and the hitch receiver carried by the towed vehicle in the view of the driver allowing the driver to better position the hitch ball in alignment with the trailer's ball receiver. The trailer hitch comprises a foldable linkage whose unfolded or extended length is greater than one-half the width of the towing vehicle. The foldable linkage is affixed to a post that is adapted to fit into the conventional hitch receiver secured to the frame of the towing vehicle the hitch ball is mounted at the free end of the foldable linkage. When the foldable linkage is in its fully folded state, the hitch ball is located immediately in front of the hitch receiver at the midline of the towing vehicle and when fully extended is outboard of the driver's side of the towing vehicle.

Abstract: Embodiments of a canting device for use with a snowboard system are described herein. According to one exemplary embodiment, a snowboard system includes a snowboard, a snowboard binding mountable on the snowboard, and an adjustable canting device positionable at least partially within the binding such that the binding is positioned between the snowboard and the adjustable canting device. The canting device can be configured to selectively cant a snowboard boot relative to the binding and the snowboard when the snowboard boot is secured in the binding.

Abstract: A pretensioner with a wire-holding groove is formed in a housing at a bent portion, so that a wire, which holds a seat belt buckle at an upper end protruding from the wire-holding groove, is slidably held by the wire-holding groove. The wire slides and is displaced in a draw-in direction of the seat belt buckle when a gas generator is actuated and acted on a part of the wire closer to an end thereof, which extends in a front-to-back direction of a vehicle. The tongue piece bulging into the wire-holding groove restrains the wire from being pushed in due to a push-in load of the wire from the seat belt buckle. Conversely, the wire is allowed to be drawn in upon the actuation of the gas generator such that the pretension can enhance the reliability of a restraining function of a push-in displacement of a wire.

Abstract: Disclosed is an Elastic Bookmark which removably attaches to a book or other reading material and which is used to both temporarily mark a page during a reading session and securely mark the readers place at the end of a reading session. The elastic bookmark is made of one or more pieces of elastic cord fastened together so it has a center section made of elastic cord with a large loop at one end, a small loop at the other and a button at the base of the large loop which can be used to engage the small loop. The device is attached to a book, or other reading material, by placing the cover and, at the readers choice, a convenient number of pages all or part way through the large loop with the button outside the book. The center section is used to temporarily mark the selected page. To securely mark the selected page, the reader stretches the center section, wraps it around the book, and attaches the small loop to the button.

One laminar cross fold or at least two cross fold lines extend perpendicular to the fanfold lines, and is/are centred on the map sheet and form a laminar map spine. The intervals between the cross fold lines have a minimum of 1 mm and and a maximum of 25 mm. The fold lines are predefined by grooving. Optionally the laminar map spine is formed with a flat component by heating up to 40° C. to 200° C. and deformation, and remains permanent when cooled down. This map spine can bear a short information about the contents of the map.
