Abstract: The present invention discloses a refrigerated container with an anti-collision plate. The refrigerated container comprises a side wall having an inner side plate and an outer side plate. The anti-collision plate is arranged at a lower portion of a surface of the inner side plate facing the outer side plate. The anti-collision plate is formed with depressed portions and protruded portions at its upper edge. The depressed portions and the protruded portions may be in shape of rectangle, triangle, trapezoid or wave. By arranging depressed portions and protruded portions at the upper edge of the anti-collision plate, the conventional linear type abrupt change of cross-section of the inner side plate at the upper edge of the anti-collision plate becomes a curvilinear type abrupt change of cross-section, and thus the extent of concentration of stress of the inner side plate at the abrupt change of cross-section is significantly lowered.

Abstract: A fluid storage and dispensing vessel having associated therewith a colorimetric member that is effective to change color in exposure to leakage of a gas contained in the vessel. The colorimetric member may be constituted by a film, e.g., of a shrink-wrap character, that contains or is otherwise associated with a colorimetric agent undergoing color change in exposure to fluid leaking from the vessel. Such shrink-wrap film may be applied to a portion of the vessel susceptible to leakage, or alternatively to the entire vessel, so that the film is colorimetrically effective to indicate the occurrence of a leakage event by visually perceptible change of color.

Abstract: In a second horizontal plate (18a) bottoming an atmosphere recovery box (18), there are formed circular holes (21) between blowout pipes (20) adjacent to each other. Each of partition walls (2) positioned above a conveyor (5) includes an upper portion formed from a heat-insulating wall (2a) including a heat-insulative material having a thickness of T, and a lower portion formed from a metallic-plate wall (2b) extending downward from the heat-insulating wall (2a) toward the conveyor (5). The pitch P2 of the blowout pipes (20) across the metallic-plate wall (2b) is substantially same as the pitch P1 (12 mm) of the blowout pipes (20) disposed inside each of the chambers (R1 to R5) and adjacent to each other.

Abstract: The invention is directed to a friction stir welding tool cleaning method and apparatus for fixed and retractable pin tools. The method and apparatus use a heating component, a temperature indicator component, a controller component, and a rotatable tool cleaner component for cleaning fixed pin tools. An additional bore cleaner component is used for cleaning retractable pin tools. Heat is applied to a friction stir welding tool having a surface with weld process residue material until the process residue material is sufficiently plasticized, and then the tool cleaner component is applied to the heated tool to remove the plasticized residue on the pin and shoulder surfaces of the tool, and for retractable pin tools, the bore cleaner component is applied to the heated tool to remove the plasticized residue in the tool bore.

Abstract: The present device is a plastic spill proof container designed to provide water to dogs while traveling inside automobiles. I currently refer to this invention as Auto Pet. The container has four components listed as follows: First is the container itself. The container measures 12 inches in length, 7 inches in width and is 4 inches in height. Second is the removable frame of the lid which is located 1 inch below the top of the container. The frame of the lid has 2 openings which allow access to water. Third are the 2 moveable flaps which are hinged to the underside of the center of the frame of the lid. The moveable flaps will be constructed from clear plastic. Fourth is a spring that will cause the hinged movable flaps to return to the underside of the frame of the lid.

Abstract: A leak resistant expandable carton is end-loadable and expandable to retain ice or other matter above a compartment loaded with articles such as cans or bottles. The carton is expanded by separating its top wall with a tear strip and then by raising composite top end flaps, which are hingedly connected to the top wall and to the end walls of the carton. As the composite top end flaps are raised, the top wall sections are raised to be side extensions that are coplanar with and to extend above a pair of side walls. At the same time, the composite top end flaps unfold and are raised to be end extensions that are coplanar with and to extend above the pair of end walls. The side and end extensions are substantially continuously interconnected so that the expanded portion of the carton is relatively rigid and contiguous.
