Abstract: A display device has a configuration in which a translucent white filling material and a powder particle light storage material are mixed and filled in a space formed by sandwiching a spacer plate having a predetermined thickness between a display plate and a reflector plate. Light emitted by particles of the light storage material is scattered by the translucent white filling material. Thus, high luminance light can be evenly emitted from the entire surface of the display plate. Moreover, viscosity of the filling material enables manufacturing while maintaining a state where the particles of the light storage material are averagely dispersed. Accordingly, the device can be manufactured by use of the spacer plate having a large thickness. Consequently, a display device having high luminance and a long light emission time can be provided by filling a large amount of the light storage material.

Abstract: A system and a method for adjusting a dead-time interval between de-activating a first transistor and activating a second transistor in a motor control circuit are provided. The method includes determining a plurality of commanded torque values associated with a motor based on a received signal over time. The method further includes setting the dead-time interval value equal to a first value when one commanded torque value of the plurality of commanded torque values is within a first torque range. The method further includes decreasing the dead-time interval value as other commanded torque values of the plurality of commanded torque values increase over time within a second torque range. The second torque range is greater than the first torque range. The dead-time interval value is indicative of a desired dead-time interval.

Abstract: When performing numerical control of a rotary table, the moment of inertia and the center of gravity of a control target change because of a placed object fixed onto the rotary table. A rotary table to which a placed object has been fixed serves as a target plant, the actual motion of this is compared with motion calculated by an identification model of the target plant, and a torque command value is corrected. The identification model comprises a term pertaining to angular acceleration and a term pertaining to angle of rotation, and by including the term pertaining to angle of rotation, correction of a torque command corresponding to a change in the center of gravity can be performed.

The photo sensor uses a switching unit to control whether the battery can be charged or discharged. The battery further connects to a sensing and protecting circuit and an over-discharge protecting circuit. The sensing and protecting circuit protects the battery from being over-charged. The over-discharge protecting circuit stops the discharging of the battery when the output voltage of the battery is lower than a low threshold.

Abstract: A method for charging a battery module including a plurality of parallel-connected battery core sets is provided. In the present method, a constant charging current is provided for charging the battery module first. Then, the voltage of each parallel-connected battery core set in the battery module is determined whether reaches a nominal voltage. If it reaches the nominal voltage, the charging current or charging voltage applied to the battery module is adjusted for charging the parallel-connected battery core set having the maximum voltage with a constant voltage. Finally, it is determined whether the electric power of the battery module is fulfilled. If not yet fulfilled, a constant voltage is continuously supplied to the battery module for charging until the electric power of the battery module is full. Accordingly, the present invention can charge the battery more quickly with taking the safety of the battery into account.
