Abstract: A shot ball for a pneumatic gun is disclosed, which comprises an outer skin which forms a breaking line as its two parts contact with each other; a stuff which is filled in the interior of the outer skin; and a shock absorbing cover which is attached to the outer skin and absorbs an external impact. As a shock absorbing cover made of a silicon material is attached to an outer surface of an outer skin, even when a certain external impact is applied to the outer skin, the impact is substantially absorbed and transferred to the outer skin, so the outer skin is not easily broken, and the stuff stored in the outer skin is stably stored.

Abstract: A device comprising a guide having a first pair of substantially parallel running surfaces, which are placed along a first track at a lateral distance apart, and a second pair of substantially parallel running surfaces, which are placed along a second track at a lateral distance apart. The second pair of running surfaces extends, at a crossing or junction, transversely to the first pair of running surfaces. A carrier is displaceable over at least the running surfaces and has a bearing axle, extending transversely to the running surfaces, for fastening of a load, which bearing axle extends between the running surfaces. The device, close to the crossing junction, has a transport mechanism. The transport mechanism is movable between a take-up position in the first track, for load-bearing engagement with the carrier, and a delivery position in the second track, for release of the carrier. The invention further relates to a rail system and a transport mechanism.

Abstract: A coating system is applied to a ceramic evaporator boat to extend the life of the boat. The coating system includes a ceramic layer is applied over the surface of an evaporator boat reservoir. Optionally, a refractory metal layer is applied as an intermediate layer between the surface of the evaporator boat reservoir and the ceramic layer. The ceramic layer is form of a ceramic material selected from metal borides, metal nitrides, metal carbides, metal oxides, and combinations thereof, and wherein the metal component of the ceramic material is selected from zirconium, aluminum, titanium, silicon, tantalum, vanadium, and combinations thereof. The resulting coating system reduces corrosion and/or erosion that occur primarily in the reservoir region of the evaporator boat. One method of applying or depositing the ceramic layer or the optional refractory metal layer includes sputtering.

Abstract: A high throughput reactor for the mass production of wafers through chemical vapor deposition, mainly to form silicon epitaxies for the photovoltaic industry, is described. main innovation is a high susceptor stacking density: several graphite susceptors are placed vertically and parallel to one another, electrically interconnected, and are heated by Joule effect. Electrical current gets to the susceptors from the current source through specially designed feedthroughs, which connect the cold room outside the deposition chamber with the hot susceptors. Gas flows vertically between susceptors. The substrates on which deposition occurs are placed on the susceptors. Below the susceptors a pre-chamber is found, in which entering gas calms down and distributes homogeneously. Susceptors and pre-chamber are placed inside a stainless steel chamber, which is internally covered by a reflecting material, and externally kept cold by water.

Abstract: A tank of the spreading device is rotated by a driving device. The tank contains a number of side boards, each of which is composed of a static plate and a door plate hinged to the static plate. The hinge joining the door and static plates has an elastic element preventing the door plate from being opened outward. When the tank is rotated at a high speed, a centrifugal force on the feedstuff inside the tank is strong enough to push the door plates open and the feedstuff is thereby automatically cast out. By varying the speed of the tank's rotation, the feedstuff could be cast for various distances, thereby achieving efficient and effective distribution of the feedstuff.

Abstract: A water container for pets or other animals which has a container or reservoir for holding a supply of water. The container is secured to a bowl or tray into which the reservoir will feed water. The reservoir usually has only a single opening or orifice for the water to be released into the tray this orifice is usually placed in the tray such that water flows out of the reservoir into the tray until an equilibrium is reached between the level of the water in the tray and the remaining water in the reservoir. As the pet drinks water from the tray additional water is released from the reservoir to refill the container until a new equilibrium is achieved. This continues until all the water is removed from the reservoir and flows into the tray. The reservoir has double wall structure with an insulator between the walls to keep the water in the reservoir cool and, therefore, appealing to the pet.
