In accordance with at least one embodiment, an individual can use the swing training system to perform a stroke to simulate striking a golf ball on the surface. Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for game play in three dimensions at a golf driving range. For the disclosed embodiments, virtual targets are used in combination with real-world physical reference points associated with the golf driving range to allow three dimensional (3D) virtual targeting and game play. The physical playing field includes not just the horizontal field, but also the 3D space above and beyond the field, as well as vertical surfaces such as walls, nets, ceiling and also dynamic vertical surfaces such as a projectable steam wall and/or other dynamic vertical surfaces. By combining virtual targets and real-world reference points, the disclosed embodiments provide a wide range of entertainment and games at a golf driving range that are based on the flight of the ball while in the air and that allow players to use real-world reference points to orient their shots.

Abstract: An exercise chair is disclosed having an adjustable height that functions to exercise the lower body by progressively lowering the height of the seat. By lowering the height of the seat, the user will increase the amount of muscle activation and therefore facilitate lower extremity strengthening. The seat of the exercise chair can be adjusted between 24 inch maximum height to 12 inch minimum height from the floor. The chair may be used as a therapy chair by a therapy professional or by an individual who wants to exercise his or her lower extremities or to facilitate standing by a seated individual.

Abstract: A puck system achieves adjustable stance in three degrees of freedom—foot placement, foot angulation, and crosswise centering—on a snow gliding board. The puck system includes pairs of puck assemblies for each rider's foot. Puck assemblies are formed from a sliderblock, a flanged disk, and fasteners for each puck. To achieve crosswise centering, the sliderblock is patterned on a top face so as to engage a detent on the underside of the flanged disk in one of many crosswise positions. In a preferred embodiment, the patterned surface includes stepwise offset circular grooves, the grooves providing rotational freedom of angulation at multiple axes of rotation according to the crosswise displacement of the sliderblock in the mounting channel, thereby realizing independent, finely granular adjustment of stance and center of balance for the first time. The system may be used with most boot binding interfaces on the market and may be adapted for either splitboards or snowboards.
