Abstract: A cosmetic application assembly includes a holder that has a handle portion and a head portion. The handle portion may be manipulated such that the head portion is positioned to abut a user's face. A plurality of applicators is provided and each of the applicators may have a cosmetic compound applied thereto. A selected one of the applicators is removably coupled to the head portion. Thus, the selected applicator may apply the cosmetic compound to the user's face when the handle portion is manipulated. A case is provided and the holder and each of the applicators is stored therein when the holder and each of the applicators is not in use.

Abstract: A mascara vessel having a door function and an antibiotic function. The mascara vessel is configured such that when a brush covered with mascara is pulled out of a vessel body, the mascara on the brush is evenly wiped with a packing to remove excess mascara. The mascara vessel includes: a vessel body; a packing set in the vessel body; a door hinged to the packing and functioning to close a passage of the packing; an elastic member provided on a hinge joint between the packing and the door, with opposite ends of the elastic member being held by the packing and the door, respectively, so that the elastic member elastically biases the door in a direction toward the packing; and a depression resisting means provided on the door and functioning to prevent the brush from being depressed by the door when the brush is pulled out of the vessel body, thus inhibiting the growth of microorganism.

Abstract: Devices and methods for displaying beauty and other visual products are disclosed. A display system can comprise a frame and a sample portion. Traits such as color and texture of a beauty product can be displayed on the sample portion, and the frame portion can interface with product shelving to align samples with relevant products in the display. The sample portion can be releasably attached to the frame to be removed by a user and be placed above a body part of the user to which a beauty product may be applied, or a body part can be placed in proximity to the sample portion even while it is attached to the frame. The user can advantageously view the beauty product as applied to the body part without applying the beauty product. The system is useful for fingernail polish display, for example.

Abstract: A multipurpose fanny pack which is wearable around the waist and providing the wearer with storage compartments, while also having the capability to be removed and converted into an adjustable suspended sling-like seat, and with an adjustable backrest capable of comfortably supporting a user in the seated position, and with a multifunctional material capable of providing a user with multiple configurations of additional comfort and protection from weather and insects.

Abstract: A multi-purpose utility pack is provided for carrying an object at an approximately 45 degree angle. The multi-purpose utility pack comprises a main body having at least a main compartment, a top portion, a bottom portion, a right portion, a left portion, an outside face and an inside face. The pack includes four strap mounts each including a fastening device, a releasable attachment flap having four strap mounts each including a fastening device for attaching the attachment flap to the main body of the pack. The attachment flap also includes a secondary strap fixedly attached to the attachment flap used to support the object being carried near the object's base.

Abstract: A waist strap with layers of variable material to provide cushioning in layers on the side of the waist strap contacting the wearer and structural strength in layers opposite the side contacting the wearer; the waist strap having a first strap portion and a second strap portion, and each strap portion having a lengthwise curvature to curve about a waist of a wearer and a crosswise curvature along the height of the waist strap to create a compound curvature contour around a wearer, and each strap portion having an upper padded region, a central padded region and a lower padded region with the central padded region generally recessed relative to the upper and lower padded regions to further define a crosswise curvature of the waist strap by the recessed central padded region and resulting upper and lower padded region protrusions.

Abstract: A harness includes a waist belt and a pair of straps connected to the belt and configured to extend over the shoulders of a user. A pocket is attached to the harness and includes a window for access to a device within the pocket. The pocket may be formed from a mix of materials that includes a resilient side gusset to minimize bounce of the pocket when in use. In some versions, the pocket is hingedly attached to the harness.

Abstract: A paint tray mountable to a person. The paint tray includes a housing having a base, one or more upstanding sidewalls, and an open upper end forming an interior volume that can hold liquid paint. A first sidewall extends past the open upper end and includes an interior side having one or more ridges that distribute paint to a roller as the roller is rolled back and forth across the ridges. A second sidewall, opposing the first sidewall, includes a spout for pouring unused paint from the interior volume. A paint brush holder is positioned over the open upper end and it retains a paint brush when not in use. The first sidewall can be attached to a buckle via a fastener, and the buckle provides for attachment to a person by one or more straps.

Abstract: A holder mountable to a thigh for storing an electronic mobile device. The thigh mounted holder includes a first end removably securable to an opposing second end to form a loop such that the holder can fit tightly to the thigh of a user. The opposing ends connect via a fastener. The thigh mounted holder further includes a front panel secured to a rear panel via a seam. The front panel and the rear panel form a first pocket disposed centrally between the first and second end of the holder, wherein the first pocket can support a mobile electronic device in an upright configuration. A second and third pocket are formed between the front and rear panel, adjacent to the first pocket. Abstract: The present invention pertains to an apparatus adapted for temporarily securing and carrying objects that might otherwise be difficult or awkward to lift and move. The invention in its basic form comprises two-strap system circuits which interconnect at one or more handle assemblies. The strap systems are each comprised of one L-bracket assembly, a ratchet strap, and one or more of the following: an adjustable strap, a quick draw, or an oval quick link. The system requires two circuits for each handle: one vertically disposed and one horizontally disposed, both encompassing the object. Each L-bracket assembly per strap system is incorporated to keep the said system from sliding about the object. The vertical strap system is placed at the mechanical equilibrium to keep the object balanced while carrying. By using multiple combinations of the said system a variety of objects such as white goods, couches, appliances, furniture can be comfortable displaced.

Abstract: A twisted wire brush comprises a twisted wire core, and first and second lengths of spring coil. The twisted wire core comprises a first core wire intertwined with a second core wire. The first and second lengths of spring coil extend about the first core wire, and the second length of spring coil extends about the first length of spring coil. The first and second lengths of spring coil are pressed between the first core wire and the second core wire. In another embodiment, a method of making a twisted wire brush comprises providing a first and a second core wire, positioning a first length of spring coil to extend inside a second length of spring coil, and the first and second lengths of spring coil to extend about the first core wire, and twisting the first core wire and the second core wire about a core axis.

Abstract: A foot brush structure includes a frame and at least a brush. The frame includes a positioning section and a support section. The support section is coupled to the positioning section and extends upward at a predetermined angle. The support section includes at least one elastic member. The brush is mounted to the support section. A user may step on and hold the positioning section in position with one foot and places the sole of another foot on the brush or places the instep in contact with the brush, while having the foot move back and forth so as to achieve an operation of reciprocally brushing the foot with the brush. An efficacy of the present invention is that the elder is allowed to brush and clean the feet in an independent, easy, effortless, and efficient manner without hand operation or bending waist and requiring no assistant from other people.

A depressible end cap is removably secured to the second end of the handle. A plurality of apertures are disposed on the first side of the brush. A push rod is disposed within the interior volume and is communication with the end cap and with a valve. The tissue cleaning pad has a planar top surface bounded by a perimetric edge and a plurality of protrusions extending from the planar top surface. The perimetric edge of the planar top surface of the tissue cleaning pad has a first portion that is flush with the rear surface of the head and a second portion that is raised relative to the rear surface of the head.

Abstract: A brush cleaning system is provided that comprises a device body having a proximal and a distal end. The proximal end of the device body is configured to engage a first point on a handle of a brush at a first engagement point. The distal end of the device body is configured to engage a second point on the handle of the brush at a second engagement point. A vibration producing motor is configured to transmit vibrations to the first engagement point and to the second engagement point wherein the vibrations are transmitted to the bristles on the brush to loosen and remove particulates therefrom. The vibration producing motor can be contained in the device body or it can be contained in the brush handle or a vibration producing motor can be included in both the device body and in the brush handle.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a novel workstation which incorporates an acoustical dome for increased acoustic and visual privacy for the user. The workstation further is adjustable in height such that it is able to accommodate a range of users from the 5th percentile seated female to the 95th percentile standing male according to the dictates of ANSI/HFES100-2007 national ergonomic standard. The workstation is further designed to be in electrical and data communication with other workstations to optimize the workstation density in an open working environment without compromising user privacy.

Each of the cross damping support arms is connected to each of the first and second brace mounts, and the brace mounts are connected to two legs. Double damper brace assemblies are also provided. In another embodiment a modular performance stand is provided having cross damping support arms that are connected to first and second modular shelf mounts having channels. The channels support four or more isolator elements. The modularity of the cross damping support arms and modular shelf mounts allows the width and depth of the modular performance stand to be varied to optimize performance.

Abstract: A resting apparatus comprising two independent telescoping legs having two longitudinal rotatable leg anchors. The telescoping legs are attached to a locking mechanism that uses a bracket having a clip that fits into various holes depending on the user's desired sleep angle. The telescoping legs also have a height locking system primarily comprising of two separate channels, a first channel allowing for vertical movement and side channels used to lock in the desired height. The resting apparatus can be broken down such that the rotatable leg anchors form a handle for ease of use while traveling.

The processor determines that the electrical adjustable apparatus has collision when receiving a controlling signal used to control the electrical adjustable apparatus and the tilted angle is not less than the threshold angle, and sends a stopping signal to the electrical adjustable apparatus via the signal transmitter for making the electrical adjustable apparatus stop raising/lowering when determining that the electrical adjustable apparatus has collision. This present disclosed example can effectively prevent article placing on the carrying structure from falling and prevent the electrical adjustable apparatus or the obstacle from being damaged by continual stretching/shortening after collision.

Abstract: A portable, foldable, baby-changing table unit is provided attachable to a baby stroller for support thereby. The baby-changing table unit includes connectors for connecting the baby-changing table unit to the stroller's baby car- seat connectors. The baby-changing table unit connectors comprise foldable, transversely adjustable connection legs adapted to mate with the female receptacle connecters on the stroller normally used to releasably connect to a baby car-seat. A flexible changing pad is adapted to be attached to the portable, baby-changing table unit. The flexible changing pad includes a diaper receiver and a handy-wipe receiver. The flexible changing pad serves the dual purpose of functioning also as a carry case for the baby-changing table unit when the table is in a folded condition. An accessory connector assembly may be provided to attach the baby-changing unit to a stroller lacking a baby car-seat connector assembly.

A baby bouncer seat cover constructed from health care use vinyl allows disinfection in infection controlled environments using surface disinfectants containing sodium hypochlorite (bleach) 1:10 diluted with water. The disinfectable vinyl baby bouncer seat cover incorporates a seat belt restraint system and the design creates a central pocket that cradles an infant in a semi-reclined position. The design and health care use vinyl components incorporated in the invention, create a comfortable infant seat cover that maximizes disinfection within infection controlled environments. The disinfectable vinyl baby bouncer seat cover is placed over a baby bouncer frame, the baby bouncer frame is not inclusive in this invention.

The blocking edge may be in front of the block in the sliding direction, preventing contact between the piece good and the block in the blocked position.
