The shoe may be used for walking with the exit valve in the “Off” or “On” position.

The sole structure may comprise a lasting board and sole plate construction. One of the lasting board and sole plate may have an opening along the center such that there is little to no overlap, or lamination, between the lasting board and the sole plate along the center of the article of footwear. Such a construction may eliminate weight while maintaining the support provided by the layers of the sole. Additionally, such a construction may enhance flexibility. In some embodiments, the article of footwear may include an insole. In some embodiments, the sole structure of the article of footwear may consist of an insole, a lasting board, and a sole plate.

The organic compound has a boiling point greater than 120° C. The porous material has a, specific surface area greater than two square meters per gram. The organic compound is supported on the porous material The adhesion enhancer eliminates the need for buffing the outsole when forming the outsole from the outsole compound.

The foot-contacting surface includes portions that are altered in thickness in order to form a network of channels that cross the foot-contacting surface of the footbed. The channels facilitate dryness, reduced foot slippage within the footwear, and provide a comfortable fit.

Abstract: The present disclosures concerns embodiments of a footwear insole that can be used with various types of footwear, including, without limitation, shoes (including open and closed toe shoes), boots, sandals, etc. The insole includes an upper fabric layer that comes in contact with the foot and a cushioning base layer that contacts the footbed of the footwear. The base layer desirably is formed from a self-adhering material that can be applied to in liquid form to the fabric and bonds directly to the fibers of the fabric when cured, so as to eliminate the need for a separate intermediate adhesive layer for securing the fabric to the base layer. The base layer is also configured to substantially prevent shrinkage of the insole when subjected to multiple wash and dry cycles.

The data acquisition system is installed inside the hair dryer housing, and the LCD panel is installed on the surface of the hair dryer housing. The heating wire unit and the fan motor unit are connected to the controller unit independently. A thermometer is installed at the front end inside the hair dryer housing, and a fan speed sensor is connected to the fan motor. The electric hair dryer employs the LCD panel and the data acquisition system to display the real-time data such as the air volume and the temperature, thus meeting multiple demands.

Through configuring the silicon-controlled rectifiers and connecting the silicon-controlled rectifiers to different parts of the electric heating wire, stepwise control over the heat of the hair dryer is achieved, meeting multiple hair-dressing demands and making independent control over the wind power of the hair dryer and the heating temperature possible.

A holder is positioned in an exterior surface of the lipstick case, that when viewed from above or below is semi-circular in shape. The holder is sized and shaped to receive a pencil, such as a lip liner pencil or eyeliner pencil or brush, therein. The holder includes lips that extend past a centerline or maximum diameter of the pencil. A pencil is inserted into the holder by providing sufficient force to deflect the opposing lips thereby allowing the pencil to reside within the semi-circular holder while being frictionally held therein. The pencil is similarly removed by providing sufficient force to overcome this frictional engagement thereby allowing the pencil to be removed from the holder.
