Under the control of a programmed controller, the set of actuators is caused to simultaneously displace numerous, spaced locations of the portion of the shadow mask into the gap to align alignment apertures of the shadow mask to predetermined positons in fields of view of cameras positioned to observe the alignment apertures. The shadow mask is then affixed to the shadow mask frame.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 25, 2016Publication date: April 6, 2017Inventors: David N. Publication number: 20170095829Abstract: Embodiments of a system and a method for preparing mold-resistant paper comprising a wet scrubber assembly in fluid communication with at least one collection plenum disposed at an operational area of a paper manufacturing line. The wet scrubber assembly can be operated to draw a stream of exhaust air from the operational area of the paper manufacturing line through the wet scrubber assembly to remove particulate from the exhaust stream. Such systems and methods can be used to produce mold-resistant paper by coating a paper with an antimicrobial composition including at least one antimicrobial additive at the calendering stage. The collection plenum can be placed in proximate relationship with the calendering stack such that the amount of antimicrobial additive particulate in the air at the calendering stage is reduced. The mold-resistant paper can be used in a gypsum panel.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 26, 2016Publication date: April 6, 2017Inventor: Paula HAJAKIAN

Publication number: 20170095831Abstract: An applicator for application onto and embossing microprofiling of a fluidic medium on a substrate, in particular in the aerospace sector, and a corresponding application device having such an applicator. The applicator has a circumferentially moving die that has an embossing profile, a press for the die and a stabilizing device, in particular a hardening device, for the applied medium. In addition, the applicator has a hollow support body, surrounded by the die at a distance forming a gap, the press being arranged in the gap. The application device has, in addition to the applicator, a handling device for a relative movement between the applicator and a workpiece.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 7, 2016Publication date: April 6, 2017Inventors: Thomas Sturm, Helmut Huber

Publication number: 20170095832Abstract: A water valve and a drinking device are provided. The water valve includes an upper support, a lower support, a valve spool, a sealing member, a spring and a water outlet. The upper support is provided with a water inlet. The lower support is provided with a water outlet and a vent hole. The valve spool has a first end connected with the upper support and a second end fixedly connected with the lower support, and the valve spool is movable relative to the upper support, to switch on or off a communication between the water inlet and the water outlet. When the water valve is at a state of discharging water, an interior of the water outlet pipe is not communicated with atmosphere; when the water valve is at a state of not discharging water, the vent hole communicates the interior of the water outlet pipe with the atmosphere.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 7, 2014Publication date: April 6, 2017Inventors: Tao TANG, Shuisheng PENG, Jianhai ZHANG, Yanping LI

Publication number: 20170095834Abstract: The present design describes systems, apparatuses and methods for improving the efficiency, amount and quality of deposition of material on an object or predetermined portions of an object. The object's surface is coated with a charge by depositing a charged pretreatment material (or first material) on the surface of the object. In another embodiment, predetermined portions of the object's surface are coated with a charge by depositing a charged pretreatment material on the predetermined surfaces of the object. Then, the treatment material (or second material) is charged with an opposite-polarity charge and emitted towards the object where the treatment material exhibits a strong, opposite-polarity charged electrostatic attraction force to the first material, the object or the predetermined portions of the object. The result is an increased, consistent, improved and targeted deposition of the treatment material on the object or the predetermined portions of the object.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 3, 2016Publication date: April 6, 2017Inventor: William Brian Kinard
