Abstract: Provided is a game system that is capable of suppressing time needed to share or exchange opinions between users in a game. This game system provides a quiz game that is played by eight users simultaneously. Furthermore, in a information share phase of the quiz game, the game system gives, via a game screen for selecting a region, a selection opportunity that is shared by the eight users such that eight selected regions corresponding to the eight users are selected individually by them from three region images of an enemy character image, and provides, in there, selection status information relating to the eight selected regions. Then, in a battle phase which follows the information share phase, the game system gives, based on the selection result in the information share phase, changes corresponding to the eight selected regions to the quiz game such that user characters attack the selected regions.

The video server can provided video of different games to different players simultaneously. This is accomplished by rendering several video streams in parallel using a single GPU (Graphics Processing Unit). The output of the GPU is provided to graphics processing pipelines that are each associated with a specific client/player and are dynamically allocated as needed. A client qualifier may be used to assure that only clients capable of presenting the streaming video to a player at a minimum level of quality receive the video stream. Video frames provided by the video server optionally include overlays added to the output of the GPU. These overlays can include voice data received from another game player.

Abstract: In a first aspect, a system for playing a video game is provided that includes (1) one or more sensors adapted to monitor one or more biometric parameters of a user and communicate the one or more monitored biometric parameters (MBPs); (2) a computing device adapted to communicate with the one or more sensors and to receive the one or more communicated MBPs; and (3) a video game having an avatar adapted to move an object on an incline, the video game adapted to execute on the computing device. The game data is provided as input to a machine-learning analyzer to determine whether the game event is an event of interest. The machine-learning analyzer determines that the game event is an event of interest based on the game event having characteristics that match characteristics of the previously-recorded game events deemed popular. A command to generate a recording of the game event is issued in response to the machine-learning analyzer determining that the game event is an event of interest.

Then, a separator is used to separate out the radioactive solid particles into a storing container. The radioactive solid particles are avoided from entering a suction pump. Not only the suction pump is not polluted, but also the secondary waste is not increased. By designing a falling inlet of a suction channel at a position having a specific height, the amount of the radioactive solid particles being extracted is under control. There is a radiation-protection device outside of the storing container to minimize radiation dose. The separator and the storing container can be rapidly detached by remote operation, so that operators are avoided from receiving over-dose radiation. Hence, the present invention improves the level of technology and automation for handling radioactive waste.

Abstract: The invention relates to a process for recovering methane from a gas stream comprising methane and ethylene, comprising: a sorption step which comprises contacting the gas stream comprising methane and ethylene with a sorption agent which has a lower affinity for methane than for ethylene, resulting in sorption of ethylene and part of the methane by the sorption agent and in a gas stream comprising methane; a rinse step which comprises contacting a gas stream, comprising a compound for which the sorption agent has a higher affinity than for methane, with the sorption agent containing sorbed ethylene and methane, resulting in sorption of the compound for which the sorption agent has a higher affinity than for methane by the sorption agent, in desorption of methane from the sorption agent and in a gas stream comprising methane; and a desorption step which comprises desorbing sorbed ethylene and the sorbed compound for which the sorption agent has a higher affinity than for methane resulting in a gas stream comp
