The online system receives a video including a sequence of video frames to be displayed to the user, and the video may be associated with a specific theme, e.g., a soccer game, and one or more video frames may include points of interest (referred as “Q points”). The online system detects or receives Q points associated with corresponding video frames, where a Q point in a video frame identifies an object of interest in the video frame. The online system also correlates user profile information of the user with the detected points to select relevant products tailored to the user.

Abstract: According to one or more embodiments, a method, a computer program product, and a computer system for determining recommendations based on user intent are provided. The method may include identifying, by a server computer, one or more nodes. Weight values may be calculated by the server computer for each of the identified nodes, based on analyzing classes of metadata associated with the identified nodes. A web-browsing history of a user corresponding to the identified nodes may be obtained by the server computer. Based on the obtained web-browsing history, a classification may be determined for the user by the server computer, whereby the classification corresponds to one class of metadata associated with the identified nodes. The server computer may select one or more of the identified nodes having a weight value greater than a predetermined threshold value, whereby the selected nodes correspond to the determined classification of the user.

Abstract: A system for facilitating the creation, dissemination and fulfillment of supply lists includes a central controller that receives native supply lists from supply requestors. The controller uses intelligent matching to classify and translate individual items from each native supply list into an electronic supply list on a standardized platform, the electronic supply list including a UPC for each requested item as well as any personalized content. The electronic supply list is then rendered accessible not only to purchasers responsible for ordering the supplies but also retailers designated to sell the supply items. The use of UPCs allows for direct list fulfillment by a purchaser in communication with the central controller. Through a one-click initiation process, the purchasing party is redirected to the e-commerce site for the retailer, with the UPCs for the items in the electronic class list automatically extracted by the controller and loaded into a virtual shopping cart.

Inventory items withdrawn from the warehouse are identified with an identifier and the identity of each withdrawn inventory item applied to the data base and matched item with a customer order. Inventory items are combined together that make up an order with a sortation system. The sortation system has an induct subsystem and the induction subsystem has an input. Inventory items are transported from the warehouse to the induction subsystem input with a transportation system.

Specific advantageous failure conditions are discussed. Feedback can be employed to increase approvals that trigger no failure conditions.

Abstract: A Mobile Lawyer system includes a 360 degree HD video camera configured for mounting on a vehicle; a display screen configured for mounting inside the passenger compartment of a vehicle; and a Mobile Lawyer App downloaded and installed on a mobile telephone in communication with the video camera and display screen, configured, upon command from a user, to notify an attorney located remotely via a cellular and/or computer network, and to display a video image of the remote attorney on the display screen (or the screen of the mobile telephone), and to live-stream a 360 degree video captured by the video camera to the Internet for viewing by the remote attorney and for cloud storage. The introduction of a lawyer on-demand into a police encounter can help to defuse and de-escalate the situation. The lawyer can serve as a live observer, witness, and intermediary who can provide live legal guidance to the user.
