Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to a body-worn unitary harness having a shoulder portion and a waist portion in tensile communication with one another, such that both the shoulder and the waist portions can be simultaneously adjusted using a single adjustment mechanism to conform to a wearer's body. In an illustrative embodiment, a length of webbing may thread through an angle-turning buckle and change direction therein. Tensile forces in the length of webbing may be directed in different directions on either side of the angle-turning buckle. A single clasp may facilitate both donning and doffing of the unitary harness. An implement connector may be coupled to a hip member and configured to connect an implement to the unitary harness. Various exemplary unitary harnesses may provide comfortable implement carrying capacity while automatically adjusting relative waist and shoulder lengths to accommodate a user's movements and positions.

Abstract: A retractable shoulder strap for towing wheeled luggage with minimal to no hand assistance and that can be easily stored and worn comfortably. The retractable shoulder strap includes a housing, a retraction mechanism, a shoulder strap, a strap-adjustment slide, an elastic strap, and a handle-attaching system. The housing contains and conceals the retraction mechanism. The retractions mechanism allows the shoulder strap to be automatically retracted into the housing when not be utilized by the user. The shoulder strap allows the user to carry a load on his or her shoulder. The strap-adjustment slide allows the user to adjust the length of the shoulder strap, when extended from inside the housing. The elastic strap absorbs shocks produced when the user is towing wheeled luggage. The handle-attaching system allows the user to attach the retractable shoulder strap to a handle of wheeled luggage.

Abstract: Ballistic backpacks have a pouch having a back panel defining a compartment having a pouch lower edge, shoulder straps connected to the pouch, a closure flap connected to the compartment with a flap lower edge connected to the pouch at the pouch lower edge, the closure flap being movable between a closed position in which the closure flap extends up from the pouch lower edge and encloses the pouch, and a deployed position in which the closure flap depends downward from the pouch lower edge, a first ballistic panel connected to the back panel and having a first panel edge proximate the lower pouch edge, a second ballistic panel connected to the closure flap with a second panel edge proximate the lower flap edge at a level above the pouch lower edge, such that when the closure flap is in the deployed position, the first and second ballistic panels overlap.

Abstract: The backpack frame includes a substantially polygon main member with a set of horizontally-oriented-oval-shaped slots and a set of vertically-oriented-oval-shaped slots. At least some of the set of vertically-oriented-oval-shaped slots separate the horizontally-oriented oval-shaped slots. The substantially polygon main member includes a top end and a bottom end, the bottom end forming an obtuse angle with the top end, the bottom end including a set of mounting tabs disposed in a substantially perpendicular direction thereto. Each of the set of mounting tabs has a set of oval-shaped-slots and at least one circular slot. In one example the substantially polygon main member of the backpack frame has three top sides forming three sides forming a substantially octagon shape. Reinforcement brackets can be fastened by any fastening means to at least two of the three sides of the substantially octagon shape include a reinforcement bracket.

Abstract: A tool support strap is disclosed that has an inner, elastic core throughout the entire central segment of the strap with an elastomeric covering over the inner core. Encircling the elastic core is a self-centering shoulder pad. Adjustable straps are provided to adjust for the girth and the arm length of the user, which may be done through a central buckle, clip, or the like.

Abstract: A hammock shell system may comprise a hammock, a tension line, and a shell. The tension line may be secured to run above the hammock, and along the length of the hammock. The shell may be a tubular piece of fabric with openings at either end, and shaped to generally hang over the tension line, and fit around and envelop the hammock. The shell may drape over the edges of the two sides of the hammock and hang under the bottom of the hammock. When the two openings at the ends of the shell are closed, a layer of dead air is created between the shell and the bottom of the hammock. This dead air space insulates the bottom of the hammock. A shape adjustment system, comprising cinch cords on the inside of the shell, allows for tightening or loosening to adjust the shape and volume of the dead air space trapped between the bottom of the hammock and the shell. Such shape adjustment allows for customizing insulation properties and the temperature of the hammock. The shell may also include insulating materials.

Abstract: A clip assembly has a first retaining member removably securable to a wearable article. The first retaining member has a top part, and first and second ends tensioned towards each other, the top part and ends defining a downward facing opening for removably securing the clip assembly to the wearable article. A second retaining member is coupled to the first retaining member for removably retaining a first item while not in use. The second retaining member includes a base and at least one arm extending upwardly therefrom, the base and arm defining a first upward facing opening for receiving the first item. A third retaining member removably retains a second item while not in use. The third retaining member, coupled to the second retaining member, has proximal and distal portions with respect to the second retaining member which define a second upward facing opening for receiving the second item.

Abstract: An oral care implement having movable and fixed tooth cleaning elements. The oral care implement may include a handle and a head coupled to the handle. The head may include a base that is coupled to the handle and a resilient bridge coupled to the base. The resilient bridge may be flexible between a normal state in which a portion of the resilient bridge is spaced from the base by a gap and a flexed state in which a portion of the resilient bridge is moved toward the base. Tooth cleaning elements may be coupled to the resilient bridge. Furthermore, the resilient bridge may include one or more apertures through which tooth cleaning elements that are fixed to the base may extend.

Abstract: A wearable scrubbing assembly for scrubbing an object includes a glove that is selectively worn. A liner is coupled around the glove and the liner is comprised of a fluid impermeable material. A sponge is coupled around the liner and the sponge completely covers the liner. A plurality of bristles is provided and each of the bristles is coupled to the sponge. Each of the bristles frictionally engages an exposed surface of an object thereby facilitating the exposed surface to be scrubbed when the glove is worn.

Abstract: A telescopic leg and method of assembly for the telescopic leg, which is generally configured to raise and lower a work surface while supporting it. The telescopic leg includes at least two segments, one of which includes a visible cap through which one of the segments is inserted to trim an opening that matches the profile of the segment doing the trimming and can create an interference fit.

Abstract: A configurable workstation for communication equipment has a primary support assembly and may have one or more secondary support assemblies behind the primary support assembly to define separate zones that are automatically adjustable in elevation by a motor drive system independently of one another and in synchronization with each other. The primary support assembly may have a work deck, an equipment rack, or a conference table. Each secondary support assembly has an equipment rack. The zones are separated by gap regions permitting recessed positioning of equipment and heat dissipation from a base of the workstation in which computer equipment may be stored. The configurable workstation allows operators to see and be seen, and facilitates ergonomically beneficial positioning of equipment.

Abstract: A rack and a method of assembling the rack are disclosed that includes guard plates welded to right and left sides of a tubular frame. Each guard plate includes a fixed bushing. A locking bar pivots on pivot bushings provided on right and left swing arms. Right and left pins are assembled into one of the fixed and pivot bushings with a head of each pin contacting one pivot bushing, and a shaft of each pin being welded to the fixed bushing.

Abstract: A full access frame can be designed with a thin frame with stiles that are about half the width of conventional stiles, such that inner sides of the stiles and rails include hidden/blind connection points to facilitate hidden or blind mounting of the full access frame to cabinet sides with mounted dowel connectors that attach to the hidden/blind connection points. A framed full access cabinet includes a full access frame mounted on front of a cabinet box, such that drawer rails and door hinges can be mounted on inner cabinet sides of the cabinet box. The dowel connectors and the hidden/blind connection points can be respectively slide-in dowels and slide-in inserts or alternatively snap-in dowels and snap-in inserts.

A fixing part fixed to the chair frame is arranged at an upper end and a lower end of the bracket. A motor speed reducing module is fixed to the bracket, and one end of a screw rod is connected to the motor speed reducing module. The other end of the screw rod is connected to a fixing block, and the fixing block is fixed to the bracket. A sliding groove is formed in the bracket, and a sliding block is arranged corresponding to the sliding groove. The screw rod is matched with and connected to the sliding block and drives the sliding block to move back and forth along the sliding groove.

Abstract: A zero gravity chair mechanism includes a frame having a bottom wall and a pair of vertical side walls; a carriage slidable longitudinally of the bottom wall; a linear actuator for moving the carriage longitudinally of the frame; link arms connected to the carriage for movement with the carriage, front ends of the link arms being connected to chair seat support brackets for moving the brackets longitudinally of the frame, the rear of the brackets moving horizontally while the rear of the brackets move upwardly and rearwardly relative to the frame or downwardly and forwardly relative to the frame, whereby the chair moves between a horizontal position and a zero gravity position. During movement from the zero gravity to the horizontal positions, the back of the chair moves downwardly and forwardly relative to the frame.

Abstract: The present invention relates to lightweight collapsible portable chairs. In one embodiment, the portable chair has a sling and a chair frame which includes a first pair of bars and a second pair of bars. Each bar of the first pair of bars includes a joint configured to contact a ground surface. In another embodiment, the chair frame includes a front of bars, a back pair of bars, a pair of joints and a center bar configured to securely couple the pair of back joints to each other. In some embodiments, the chair frame includes a front support assembly. In other embodiments, the chair frame includes a pair of lower bars. In some embodiments, the chair includes armrests with optional storage.

Abstract: Lift-assist systems for adjustable objects are provided, which could include at least one of an enclosed spring and a substantially flat, elongated torsion spring. Suitable substantially flat springs could be configured to twist and untwist up to between 45-135 degrees when the seat or other object is adjusted between stowed and use configurations. In some preferred aspects, the spring could be made from a tempered steel material.

The addition has an L-shaped addition base (24) and a U-shaped addition cushion (25). The addition base has an inside corner (28) configured to nest the front corner of the sofa base. The U-shaped addition cushion is positioned upon the L-shaped addition base and a portion of the base seating area which could be occupied by a seat seating space. Thus, the addition cushion completely covers the addition base and the empty seating space or portion of the seating area directly adjacent the armrest which is surrounded by the addition cushion on three sides.

The other end of pulling cable is secured on second adjustment member and that end of sheath of Bowden cable assigned to the end is secured on second main body.

The individually pocketed coil spring include: a coil spring having an upper end and a lower end; a casing forming a pocket enclosing said coil spring; and a cushioning pad located above said upper end of the coil spring. The casing provides a first compartment enclosing the coil spring, and a second compartment enclosing the cushioning pad. The first and second compartments are separated from each other.

Abstract: A pocketed spring assembly comprises a plurality of parallel strings of individually pocketed springs. Each string is joined to at least one adjacent string. Each string has first and second opposed plies of fabric and a plurality of pockets formed along a length of the string by transverse segmented seams joining the plies. Gaps between the segments of the seams allow air to pass into and out of the pockets despite the fabric being impermeable to airflow through the fabric. The fabric has at least four layers. The size of the gaps determines the firmness or “feel” of the pocketed spring assembly or portion thereof.

Abstract: A mattress is described, comprising an ergonomic layer made of foam material and a breathable layer made of three-dimensional polymeric material. The ergonomic layer and the breathable layer are mutually coupled. The breathable layer is individually wrapped in a casing made of a three-dimensional breathable fabric. The combination between the breathable layer and the respective casing, which is also manufactured with a three-dimensional breathable type of material, allows to obtain the maximum breathable characteristics for the mattress.

Abstract: A collapsible convertible highchair and infant carrier stand device is provided. It includes basket and a base supporting the basket. The basket is configured to receive an infant carrier or to directly support a seated infant. The basket includes a bottom wall, a first end wall, a pair of sidewalls, a second end wall, a crotch panel and a back support panel. The crotch panel and the back support panel are located in the basket between the first and second end walls. Each is configured to be pivoted from a stowed position, when the device is holding an infant carrier, to an operative position when the device is directly supporting the infant. The upper portion provides a first frame and an opposing second frame selectively engageable with the first frame. The first frame provides a first aperture, the first aperture having a first window panel spanning the first aperture. The second frame provides a corresponding second aperture sized for approximating the dimensions of the first aperture, the second aperture having a second window panel spanning the second aperture. The first and second apertures cooperate to define an enclosure therebetween for selectively receiving the at least one object therewithin.

Abstract: A hangable display package that contains a portion of a hand tool in a manner that reveals the hand tool while still contained in the package hanging on a display hook. An outer skin having a front panel, a back panel, and a side panel covers a filler material having a thickness equivalent to the thickness of the tool contained in the display. The front panel and filler are cut to create a cavity that conforms to the size and shape of a part of the hand tool. The front panel has a clear plastic window over the cavity, allowing display of the tool. The tool is held in the display package by the forces exerted on the tool by the filler material and the front and back panels when inserted into the cavity of the display package.

Abstract: A modular system for displaying and/or storing vaping products is provided. The system has a base plate and at least two support members. The support members can be removably attached to the base plate. A back plate and a plurality of shelving plates are also provided. The shelving plates can be removably attached to the support members at different heights and at least one of the shelving plates is angled so that vaping products stored thereon lean on the front edge of the adjacent shelving plate that is higher or the back plate. At least one of the shelving plates may have apertures for receiving a portion of the vaping products. The modular poster print stretch frame may comprise a plurality of modular frame sections, each having a section body and two or more connectors disposed on at least two faces of the section body, each connector being configured to link the modular frame section to at least one other modular frame section. Modular frame sections may also include a plurality of retaining structures which may be used to retain a fabric sheet, such as a poster print. Some or all of the modular frame sections may be substantially identical to and interchangeable with each other, allowing for simple and easy assembly of the modular poster print stretch frame to a variety of sizes.

Abstract: An example easy change mattress sheet attachment system includes a bed sheet having four sewn-on fabric casings in an arch shape and a cord inserted through the casings forming a set of accessible sections of drawstring at exposed between-casing cord regions at four corners, and a bottom mat having means for trapping drawstrings at four corners. After having installed the bottom mat under the mattress, one can install and remove the top sheet onto and from the mattress without having to lift up the mattress. To install the top sheet, first put the top sheet on the mattress, then execute drawstring-trapping maneuvers at four bed corners. To remove the top sheet, detach the engaged drawstrings at four bed corners.

The top panel has three sides that are joined with three sides of the bottom panel such that inner surfaces of the top and bottom panels that face one another define a cavity configured for disposal of a pillow. A power band extends across the opening to prevent a pillow that is positioned within the cavity from slipping out of the pillowcase unintentionally and/or to prevent a pillow that is positioned within the cavity from shifting within the cavity.

Abstract: A side sleeping pad has a laterally running channel for receiving an ear and eyeglass temple of a person. A person can use the pad to watch distant objects, like a television, without the pain caused by pressure on the head from eyeglass temple that is caused when sleeping with a traditional pad. The channel can include laterally receding walls to provide a wider channel laterally. The widening channel allows a sleeper to rotate his or head up and down while slide sleeping and not risk contacting the eyeglass lens with the channel wall. The pad can include a rear-sleeping section. Sleepers can roll between a side sleeping position and rear sleeping position while wearing eyeglasses, earphones, earrings, hearing aids without having to adjust or move the pad.

Abstract: The dish is formed by pressing a palm leaf to form a generally concave dish with a floor surrounded by sides extending to an upper edge. A rim extends laterally from this upper edge, formed as a unit with the floor and sides of the dish. A lid is provided which has a top surface with side walls extending down to a perimeter latch. This perimeter latch engages the dish, such as by snapping onto the rim. In one embodiment the perimeter latch extends downwardly from other portions of the lid and has at least one indentation which extends inwardly thereon to provide an upper recess above the indentation which is sized to receive a tip of the rim. A height of the upper recess is oversized relative to a thickness of the tip of the rim to accommodate some variation in dish thickness and some degree of dish warping.

The platform is tilted to facilitate the seated user's insertion of foot partway into shoe, and can be rocked back and forth. Pulling on reachable cords exerts strong forward push of shoehorn against foot heels, driving the feet fully into the tied shoes. Pulling shoehorns and tongue clips free with reachable strings or a hooked stick releases the shod feet, ready for the day.

The body further includes a storage chamber having a first chamber opening and a second chamber opening, and a receiving conduit that extends between a package opening and the second chamber opening. A package hatch is coupled with the top side and movable between an open position and a closed position blocking the package opening. A downwardly sloping chute forms a floor of the receiving conduit to facilitate gravity feeding of packages to the storage chamber. The device also includes a lockable first chamber hatch blocking the first chamber opening, and a second chamber hatch that opens in a direction opposite the package hatch, and that blocks the second chamber opening.

The first squeezer member, the second squeezer member, and the blade assembly are pivotally coupled using a pivot means that engages into the pivot portions of the first squeezer member, the second squeezer member, and the blade assembly to make the hand operated fruit squeezer operational.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to a cookware safety device. More particularly, the present invention pertains to cooking vessels, such as pots and pans, having a safety feature which is configured to lock to the burner grate of a stovetop, preventing these types of cookware devices from tipping or being pulled off from the stovetop. Further, the present invention provides a guiding mechanism formed on the bottom of the cookware device which places the handle of the cookware device in a position that does not extend beyond the front of the stovetop.

Abstract: A crisping wand system and method for crisping food on a counter top. The crisping wand includes a heater head including a heating assembly and a handle including a power port. The heating assembly has a support structure, a protective grate, a heating element, and a blower fan that work together in functional combination to project heated air onto and crisp food on a surface such as a countertop. The heater head also includes a user interface that enables a user to program the heating element and blower fan to project heated air at a preset temperature as a means for heating food.
