Abstract: A band connector which is adapted to fix a folded band is disclosed, and includes a buckle and a cord. The buckle has a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion, and a junction, wherein the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are connected to two bands respectively. The cord is provided on the junction for fixing the folded band. In addition, the band connector is applied to any band, such as a leather belt, a strap of a backpack, and a waist belt. After the length of the band is adjusted, the redundant segment of the band can be folded and bundled by the cord.

Abstract: A buckle and an adjustable buckle and strap assembly are provided. The buckle comprises a single resilient piece of wire shaped to form two overlapping loops integral with one another and arranged to frictionally pinch a strap routed through the two overlapping loops and lock the strap in a desired position, whereby a pulling force on the strap routed to extend out one side of a lock point formed by the two overlapping loops, when opposed by an equal force on the strap extending out another side of the lock point, generates a stronger grip of the strap between the two overlapping loops within the buckle. A form of the adjustable buckle and strap assembly provides a restraint for a pair of hands. The buckle and the assembly provide simplicity, optional quick release, convenience, light pulling force to reach the desired tension, and positive locking engagement, etc.

Abstract: A control docking station system for controlling locking engagement between a first female member and a male member that together form a locking mechanism. The first female member is connected to a safety device. The male member can be locked to and released from the first female member. The system includes a controller configured to sense an unsafe interlock signal. A second female member is operably connected to the controllers housing. Each female member includes a receiver base and a pair of pivoting locking tabs that is engageable with a key-like projection on the male member. The male member may be unlocked from the first female member when the controller senses an interruption to the unsafe interlock signal or if the unsafe interlock signal is overridden. The male member may be docked in the second female member during safe circumstances and/or the safety device is unused.

Abstract: Positioning a cord of a corded instrument is accomplished by securing a wearable cord positioner around a wrist or arm of a technician, and then pressing a cord into the cord positioner. A body of the cord positioner holds the cord in a substantially fixed position relative to a band. The body may be fixed relative to the band, or the body may be adjustable such that the cord can enter and exit the body at different angles relative to the band. The body may be removeably fastened to the band for easy cleaning or to change the body with a body designed to hold and position a different sized of cord.

Abstract: Wearable electronic devices, such as watches, can be provided with an attachment system for connecting and releasing a removable module that interfaces with some portion of the electronic device. For example, a watch housing includes a main body having a channel for receiving a watchband and a first opening extending to the channel. A rear cover coupled to the main body provides a second opening. A unibody button is positioned between the main body and the rear cover. The button is biased against the rear cover and is moveable toward the channel to release a watchband engaged therein.

Abstract: Apparatuses and systems for ornamental piercing of body parts are disclosed comprising a body piercing cartridge for use with a reusable body piercing instrument. The body piercing cartridge includes a feature for engaging a matching feature of the instrument coupled to the finger grip section of the of the instrument. The engaging feature of the jaw is disposed back from an end of the jaw such that the end of the jaw extends beyond a forward extension of the body piercing instrument to achieve an overhanging jaw. The overhanging jaw reduces the likelihood of contact by the body piercing instrument with the body which accordingly reduces the likelihood of infection. The overhanging jaw is particularly useful for making piercings without a clutch such as in a nostril.

Abstract: A ring type wearable terminal includes: a first ring that has a recessed portion formed on a side surface thereof; a second ring that is bonded to the first ring and that covers the recessed portion; and a communication unit that is housed in the recessed portion. The recessed portion is filled with an adhesive agent. The adhesive agent filling the recessed portion bonds the first ring and the second ring and also fixes the communication unit to the recessed portion so as to protect the communication unit. This allows the strength of the ring type wearable terminal to be improved.

This achieves a bristle area configuration that has multiple areas of use. A correspondingly produced toothbrush is also described.

The sidewall panel and the overlapping panel can form the hanger pocket with a lower opening and an upper opening. The lower opening is sized to allow the hanger to be inserted into the pocket. The upper opening is sized to allow the hook of the hanger to extend from the pocket. When the hanger is inserted into the pocket, the storage system can be hung from a storage rod.

Abstract: The invention discloses a storage shelf, comprising upright posts (1) and transverse beams (2), and further comprising shelf boards (3), wherein first reinforcement ribs (4) are provided on the transverse beams; and the first reinforcement ribs can both reinforce the transverse beams and serve as supporting parts for the shelf boards, having a simple structure without reducing the strength of the transverse beams. The transverse beams and the upright posts are directly connected by way of clamping, and can be assembled and disassembled conveniently.
