The frame is configured to pivot about the first upper rear mounting point and second lower front mounting point in response to leaning by the user, causing rotation of the stem by the connection arrangement.

Abstract: Various implementations of a “Shared Location-Dependent Perspective Renderer” render background scenes onto shared display devices that are virtually segmented into two or more virtual viewports. Each virtual viewport corresponds to a separate physical region positioned relative the shared display. Each viewport is further defined by different virtual camera FOVs and vanishing points relative to the shared display. Physical objects launched towards the shared display from any physical region are rendered into the corresponding viewport as visible virtual objects based on both physical object trajectories and the corresponding vanishing point. Target objects rendered into the background scene from the perspective of any virtual viewport are also separately positioned into one or more of the other viewports as invisible virtual objects based, in part, on the vanishing points associated with those other virtual viewports.

The terminal device includes an acceleration sensor, a processor and a memory. The memory is configured to store a software program. The acceleration sensor is configured to collect a vibration signal generated when a user runs on the treadmill. The processor is configured to execute the software program stored in the memory, to cause the processor to instruct the acceleration sensor to collect the vibration signal generated when the user runs on the treadmill. The processor is further configure to execute the software program to analyze, using a time-frequency analysis algorithm, the vibration signal to determine a quantity of exercise steps of the user on the treadmill.

Abstract: Multi-piece golf balls containing a multi-layered core structure are provided. The core structure includes a small, heavy inner core (center) having a relatively high specific gravity, an intermediate core layer, and a surrounding outer core layer. The layers of the core structure may have different hardness gradients. The center of the core comprises a metal material such as copper, steel, brass, tungsten, titanium, aluminum, and alloys thereof dispersed in a thermoset polymeric matrix. The intermediate core layer is preferably formed from a first thermoplastic composition such as an ethylene acid copolymer ionomer resin; and the outer core layer is preferably formed from a second thermoplastic composition. The resulting ball has high resiliency and good spin control.

Abstract: Multi-layered golf balls containing a dual-core structure are provided. The core structure includes an inner core (center) made from a foam or metal-containing composition, or it has a hollow shell construction, and the outer core layer is made of a thermoplastic composition. Preferably, the thermoplastic composition comprises: a) ethylene acid copolymer, b) plasticizer, and c) cation source. A fatty acid ester such as ethyl oleate is preferably used as the plasticizer. The core assembly preferably has a positive hardness gradient extending across the entire assembly. The core structure and resulting ball have relatively good resiliency at given compressions.

The target can be optionally moved remotely allowing the pitcher to practice pitching without having to approach the portable baseball pitching target. Abstract: Electronic tracking systems are disclosed for assisting users with locating objects in a sporting environment. One such system includes a ball tracking component that tracks a game ball while moving in the sporting environment, and a heads up display that is worn by the user. This heads up display has an electronic display screen with a transparent display area that dynamically displays images within the user's field of view. A processor, which communicates with the ball tracking component and heads up display, is programmed to detect movement of the game ball, and responsively determine launch characteristics and/or flight characteristics of the moving game ball. The heads up display displays the launch/flight characteristics contemporaneous with an object indication adjacent to or superimposed over the moving game ball as the game ball is visible through the transparent display area of the display screen within the user's field of view.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to systems and methods for multi-player gaming. Some embodiments relate to systems having an improved communications infrastructure and improved handheld game controllers, while other embodiments relate to improvements in handling large numbers of players in the multi-player game when played in a game arena with a single large display screen showing the multi-player game images. In one particular embodiment, a system is provided that has a game server controlling a display system to display the multi-player game on the large screen and a plurality of game controllers. Each game controller has a secondary display means for providing a secondary game display and input means for receiving player input. The system further comprises communication means for enabling communication between the game server and each of the plurality of game controllers.
