Publication number: 20200355876Abstract: The present invention discloses a fiber optic connector comprising a housing, a spring, a ferrule assembly and a crimping seat. Before being inserted into the housing, the ferrule assembly is pre-assembled into the crimping seat in a manner of being movable relative to the crimping seat. The spring is pre-assembled into the housing before the ferrule assembly is inserted into the housing. After the pre-assembled ferrule assembly and crimping seat are inserted into the housing, the crimping seat is snap-fitted in the housing, and the spring pushes the ferrule assembly, so that the ferrule assembly is capable of being moved against the spring relative to the crimping seat. Before inserted into a housing of the fiber optic connector, some components may be pre-assembled together to form an integral assembly having a size less than that of a housing of the fiber optic connector. Accordingly, the integral assembly may be smoothly pulled through a small long pipe.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 26, 2020Publication date: November 12, 2020Applicant: CommScope Telecommunications (Shanghai) Co. Publication number: 20200355917Abstract: The display system includes a first storage unit storing standardized data composed chromaticity values and luminance values. An information acquirer acquires luminance values and chromaticity values of a visual target and luminance and chromaticity values of a background thereof. A standardization unit standardizes the chromaticity values and the luminance values of the visual target and the background based on these chromaticity values and the luminance values of the visual target and the background thereof and the standardized data stored in the first storage unit. A visual target contrast calculator calculates a contrast of a visual target to a background by measuring a distance in a color space between the visual target and the background each defined by the standardized luminance and chromaticity values. A second storage unit stores an expression defining a relation between the contrast thereof to the background and a size of the visual target.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 7, 2020Publication date: November 12, 2020Inventors: Hiroaki OGAWA, Takeshi ENYA, Takushi KAWAMORITA

Publication number: 20200355918Abstract: An imaging system includes a light source configured to produce a plurality of spatially separated light beams. The system also includes an injection optical system configured to modify the plurality of beams, such that respective pupils formed by beams of the plurality exiting from the injection optical system are spatially separated from each other. The system further includes a light-guiding optical element having an in-coupling grating configured to admit a first beam of the plurality into the light-guiding optical element while excluding a second beam of the plurality from the light-guiding optical element, such that the first beam propagates by substantially total internal reflection through the light-guiding optical element.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 22, 2020Publication date: November 12, 2020Applicant: Magic Leap, Inc.Inventors: Michael Anthony Klug, Scott C. Publication number: 20200355920Abstract: A display system providing in the motorcyclist's field of view all required visual information in form of the image projected into optical infinity in traffic direction, realized by using located in the motorcyclist's helmet the autonomous optoelectronic system including the display module comprising: the light-emitting micro display, the collimating lens, the flat semitransparent reflector, fixed on the lens case and located in front of the motorcyclist's eye so that to observe the luminous informational image projected into optical infinity against the external situation picture background. Said reflector is movably mounted in two positions: working and distant from the face. The lens assembly including the micro display and bracket with the reflector is equipped with an adjustment bracket allowing to place it in front of right or left motorcyclist's eye. A camera and a photo sensor measuring the background brightness are mounted on the helmet body.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 8, 2019Publication date: November 12, 2020Inventors: Matvey LVOVSKIY, Aleksandr Efros, Artem Goldman
