The testing framework is used to test the network function according to its classification, thereby determining a set of capabilities. In examples, a network function having the same or similar signature as a previously tested network function may be categorized according to the previously tested network function. The network function is categorized according to its determined capabilities and added to an inventory of network functions for the service provider. Network functions in the inventory can then be selected to form a computer network.

Advantageously, the disclosed system allows users to create custom anomaly detection triggers for different types of time series data, without use of a monolithic detection model which can be difficult to tune.

The cloud-based multi-tenant system includes a plurality of routes through the cloud-based multi-tenant system to deliver services to a plurality of end user devices. Each route is characterized by one or more of locality and residency. The plurality of routes are specified for a plurality of policies. An application running on an end user device requests a policy chosen from the plurality of policies. A route of the plurality of routes corresponding to the policy for the end user device is returned. The plurality of policies control the residency for the plurality of cloud services and the plurality of routes. Communication is performed via the route between the application and a cloud service according to the policy.
