Abstract: A card tray for holding a card in a mobile terminal, a method for preparing the card tray, and a mobile terminal are disclosed. The card tray includes a card tray base, a first insulation layer disposed on the card tray base, and a second insulation layer covering the first insulation layer. Hardness of the first insulation layer is higher than hardness of the second insulation layer. When inserting a card to a mobile terminal, burrs or sharp parts on the card may pierce the second insulation layer, whereas the first insulation layer can block the burrs or the sharp parts, preventing an insulation coating on the card tray base from being scratched.

Abstract: A system fabricating composite preforms includes a layer assembly stage with a first stage for receiving new layers, such as layer N; and a second stage for holding up to K layers, such as layers N?1 to N?K. An interlayer reinforcement insertion mechanism inserts interlayer reinforcements Q through layer N and the layers N?1 to N?K, using a first layer spacing between layer N?K and layer N?K?1 in a completed layer stage. Following the interlayer reinforcements Q insertion, the layer assembly stage transfers the layer N?K to the completed layer stage; closes the first layer spacing, bringing layers N?K and N?K?1 into contact; and transfers the layer N to the second stage. • Patent number: 9017506
Abstract: A core of a rotating electrical machine is formed by laminating core plates, which are each formed by a plurality of core pieces. According to the method for manufacturing the core, a belt-like workpiece is first conveyed intermittently in its longitudinal direction. Then, while the workpiece is in a stopped state, side edges of a core piece are punched out. At a downstream position in the conveying direction of the workpiece, the remaining edges of the core piece are cut, so that the core piece is punched out. The punched out core pieces are lined up on a support. The core plate is thus formed, and the core pieces are laminated.

Abstract: A process is provided for making stiff, lightweight laminate materials. At least one sheet of textured lamina having raised pointed structures is forced against a softer plain lamina so as to embed the structures therein. The pointed structures raised from grooves carved into the surface of the sheet material by means of a set of teeth carried on a knife element. The pointed structures may pierce through the softer lamina such that the protruding tips may be bent over or clinched to prevent their easy withdrawal. Two such texturized lamina may be used to sandwich and pierce through the softer lamina and are co-clinched by the other. In this way a light and stiff laminate is created.
