  • Patent number: 7810173
Abstract: This is a two piece garment used in a shower that provides a barrier between male genitalia and hot water, which protects male fertility. The testes will stay cooler by using the garment. This will protect the viability of the user's semen. One piece is a solid, rigid, water impermeable cup that fits around the male genitalia that is open on the end and oriented downward. It is held over the groin area with a supporter made from stretchable, water tolerable material. A unique feature of the cup is the open bottom. This opening allows water to drain that may enter, and allows air to circulate around the testicles, both help to maintain a cooler environment. The cup is held in place by the supporter that fits around the legs and waist. The supporter is intended to only be used to hold the cup in place against the body.

  • Patent number: 7788739
Abstract: A male undergarment providing a comfort barrier between the groin and outerwear with enhancements for promoting male fertility. By use of less restrictive (and confining) clothing adjuncts to the conventional undergarment, an environment for genitalia, primarily the testes, is acquired that will reduce the level of body heat accumulating in the zone or regions proximate those organs. Elements are used that will reduce the normally existing temperatures: a dam, consisting minimally of a fabric partition, for compartmentally segregating genitalia from the loins; thermally isolation, by use of suitable insulative/reflective fabrics, on the dam and between the segregated organs and groin regions; and, a vented, independent, scrotal compartment. Contrary to the modern norm, the genitalia are allowed to assume a more natural, pendulous suspension, one more conducive to the vitality of spermatozoa.

Abstract: The invention is trousers with an auxiliary supportive crotch pouch. The pouch is a piece of cloth of two ends. One end of it is attached to the bottom seam of the trousers or its nearby place. The other end is attached to the waist, the waist belt, the elastic cord or its nearby place. The piece of cloth forms a curved, suspended pouch when the penis is placed in it. The pouch can secure the penis and support the weight of the testicles. Since the penis is secured and does not swing loosely, the pouch can effectively prevent contact between the penis and the crotch, preventing friction and the occurrence of tinea cruris (a rash).

  • Patent number: 7024703
Abstract: A male undergarment providing a comfort barrier between the groin and outer wear with enhancements for promoting male fertility. By use of less restrictive (and confining) garment adjuncts to the conventional undergarment, an environment for genitalia, primarily the testes, is acquired that will reduce the level of body heat accumulating in the zone proximate those organs. Elements are used that will reduce the normal temperatures within that zone by: compartmentally segregating the penis from the scrotum and the latter from the loins; insulating (by suitable fabric) between the segregated organs and groin regions; and, venting the independent, scrotal compartment. Contrary to the modern norm, the genitalia are allowed to assume a more natural, pendulous suspension, one more conducive to the viability of spermatozoa.

  • Patent number: RE39371
Abstract: A combination pouch and underwear pant is worn by a man for facilitating sexual activity such as lap dancing. The pouch is worn over the sex organs of a man under the underwear pant, which is adapted by an elastic waistband for compressively pinning the pouch in place. The pouch is made of a flexible and elastic material. A top edge of the pouch provides access to an interior of the pouch of a hand and wrist of the wearer so as to facilitate insertion of the wearer's sex organs into the pouch through an aperture, which encircles penis and scrotum. The aperture elastically compresses between a top surface at the base of the penis of the wearer and a bottom surface at the base of the scrotum of the wearer. With the pouch in place, the wearer is able to facilitate the capture of body fluids without fear of the pouch moving away from its preferred position relative to the torso of the wearer.
