When the top component is pivoted downwardly towards the base component, it forms a first weather and wind seal around its outer perimeter. The top and bottom components each include weather-sealing inside flanges that are complimentary so that when the top component and base component are closed, a secondary weather and wind seal is formed.

Abstract: A gypsum panel knife and blade holder apparatus includes a blade holding pan having a bottom panel, side panels, end panels and an open top. The side panels each have an inside surface and an upper edge, the edges defining a pan periphery. The blade holder includes a plurality of slots that extend longitudinally on the blade holder, each slot being of a length that approaches the greater dimension of the length or width of the blade holder. A plurality of knives fit the blade holder at the slots, each of the knives having a blade with a width and a length, the width being much greater than the width for at least some of the knives.

The containers are mounted in the case, are attached pivotally to the case and have multiple bit holes. The bit holes are different sizes. Drill bits are stowed in the bit holes. By pivoting the case and the containers, the case and the containers are stacked for storage. Therefore the compact toolbox not only occupies a small volume but also can organize and stow many different sized drill bits.

Abstract: A hanger rack for hand tools includes a bar having a rail formed at an upper side of the bar. Multiple fixture pieces are movably mounted on the bar. Each fixture piece has a seat with a hook slidably attached to the rail and a hanging member laterally extending from the seat for attaching with a hand tool. Whereby, the fixture pieces are slidable along the bar, spaces between two adjacent fixture pieces can be adjusted according to the sizes of the hand tools such as screwdrivers.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a packaging, storage and display system for articles, such as small tools, like drill bits and the like. An index for holding the articles is pivotably mounted in a case. A rack, which may be selected from a variety of rack structures, is mounted within the index, for holding articles having particular sizes and shapes. A frame structure is resistively pivotably mounted on the index, so that the frame structure may be pivoted to a particular position relative to the index, and will tend to remain in that position, until a force in excess of a particular amount is exerted on the frame structure. The index and/or the frame structures may be interchangeably mounted.

Abstract: A circular saw blade storage apparatus includes a panel having a first edge, a second edge, a third edge and a fourth edge. The first and second edges are positioned opposite of each other. A first housing is hingedly coupled to the first edge and a second housing is hingedly coupled to the second edge. The first and second housings each have a top side having a plurality of slots therein. The first and second housings may each be positioned on the panel so that the top sides face each other. Each of a plurality of saw blades may be removably extended into one of the slots so that the blades are stored within the housing.

Abstract: A dual compartment, dual open mouth tool bag is fabricated from flexible material forming the side and top panels of the bag and the dual access openings. The horizontal top is provided with a series of grooves that receive the ring handles of the ring-handled instruments. The front wall has an inclined ramp that allows lower portions of the ring-handled instruments to rest. In another embodiment, the horizontal top and front wall are together provided with a series of grooves that receive the ring handles and the lower portions of the ring-handled instruments.

Each cutout has a width that is greater than the width of that cutout located immediately above it. The cutouts form upper joist receiving raceways. A lower joist receiving raceway is formed by the first and second bottom edges of the web cross member and that portion of the side walls of the central passageway located below the bottom edges of the web cross member.

The method includes containing parts in a tray having cavities configured to store the parts. The method further includes containing the tray in the base, containing additional parts in the base, and removing a lid to uncover the tray. The method further includes placing the tray in toolbox drawer configured to accept an item of a thickness of about 2 inches or less.

In one preferred embodiment, the core section comprises a section of a tire, and a method of the invention includes forming the storage unit from a tire by cutting the side and perimeter tread walls of the tire at two locations to form the core section and mounting a filler wall over a portion of the side wall opening.

Right and left floor portions extend between the bottom edges of the box side walls and the bottom edges of the lower passageway tier. Abstract: A sectional computer housing includes a plurality of frame posts and a plurality of sectional panels molded using aluminum extrusion. Each of the frame posts is provided with a screw groove at one side thereof and a track at two adjacent sides to the side having the screw groove, respectively. Each of the sectional panel having a turtledove tail-shaped protruding seat at one end thereof and a track at the other end thereof. A plurality of sectional panels is similarly fastened to one another using the protruding seats and the tracks at one side thereof for forming side, top or bottom panels. Outermost protruding seats and the tracks are coordinated with the tracks of the frame posts, and further positioned by longitudinally penetrating screws through the sectional panels and into the screw grooves of the frame posts, thereby assembling into a computer housing having any desired dimensions.
