    Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved structure of wrench rack. The structure includes a rack, a sliding board and at least one lock piece. The rack has a sliding groove and a plurality of clips that are provided on both sides of the sliding groove in pairs. Every pair of clips is spaced in parallel for retaining different sizes of wrenches. Each of the clips consists of two opposite jaws, one of the jaws is equipped with an elastic piece to press on the wrench, and thus the wrench is retained between the jaws stably. The sliding board connects in sliding with the rack, and a plurality of positioning hooks are provided on one side of the sliding board in parallel, the positioning hooks can grip wrenches by sliding with the sliding board, so as to prevent the wrench from taking out. The lock piece can lock the sliding board on the rack when the positioning hook locks the wrench.

Each rotary locking device includes an upper rabbet portion arranged on the cover of the toolbox, a lower rabbet portion arranged on the body of the toolbox, and a clasp plate connecting the upper rabbet portion and the lower rabbet portion. The cover of the toolbox can rotate by the upper rabbet portion rotating around the lower rabbet portion, and they will not disengage due to the locking plate. When opening the toolbox, the locking plate on one side of the tool box is disengaged from the upper rabbet portion, and the cover opens around the rotary locking device arranged on the opposite side of the toolbox. Thus, the toolbox can be opened from either of two sides of the toolbox.

In one aspect, the tool case includes a translucent cover and the modular storage compartments can be removed from the tool case and displayed or mounted to a surface. In another aspect, the case may be configured such that the gravitational load of the contents of the case does not flow through the cover when the case is lifted by a handle, thus facilitating the cover to be made from lightweight translucent material. This configuration is achieved by connecting the handle to the floor of the base of the case, allowing the handle to protrude through an opening in the cover, the cover being separately removable.
