Abstract: A carrying case includes a top case shell hinged to a bottom case shell which may be maintained in a closed position by a double throw, triple action latch mechanism comprising a latch body pivotally mounted to the bottom case shell, a latch locking element pivotally mounted to the latch body and a latch release coupled to the latch body. With the case in the closed position, the latch locking element engages a seat formed in the top case shell and clamps the two shells together. After moving the latch release to a release position, the latch body may be pivoted relative to the bottom case shell to permit disengagement of the latch locking mechanism from the top shell allowing the case to be opened.

Abstract: Provided is a storage container including a container body having a wall portion and a bottom portion, the container body is configured for airtight storage of material. The storage container further includes a lid member for air-tightly covering the container body, the lid member having a channel defined about the perimeter thereof. A molded silicone seal is mounted in the channel, and is configured to sealingly engage the upper perimeter of the wall portion when the lid is placed on the container body.

Abstract: A container and method of opening a container are provided. The container includes a dispensing cartridge defining a storage cavity with an access opening. A blocking member is transitionable from a blocked state to an unblocked state relative to the access opening. The blocking member covers a greater portion of the access opening in the blocked state than in the unblocked state. The outer shell includes a piercing mechanism configured to transition the blocking member from the blocked state to the unblocked state. The method includes using the piercing mechanism to transition the blocking member from the blocked state to the unblocked state.

Abstract: A storage/transport container has a plurality of walls defining an upwardly open vessel having an upper rim and a generally flat cover panel hinged on one of the walls and having an inner edge. The rim has opposite to one of the walls structure forming another inner edge. The cover panel is pivotal into a closed position with the inner edges juxtaposed, retaining formations projecting generally perpendicularly from the inner edge of the cover panel and oppositely from the other inner edge that fit together in the closed position. Hooks are formed on the edges and positioned so as to be opened directly at each other in the closed position. The hooks normally are spaced apart but, on deformation of the cover panel, hook together and preventing separation of the edges.

Abstract: A plastic box closure device for releasably engaging the flaps of a box has a lower element with portions extending in a first plane, and an upper element connected to the lower element by a web which spaces the two elements apart to receive parts of the container flaps. The upper element may be concaved such that the outer portions are biased against the flaps received in the device. The upper element may alternatively have downwardly extending resilient fins to engage the flaps within the device. The device is preferably constructed to be fabricated in a plastic or similar extrusion process.

Abstract: An assembly for covering an opening formed in a pressurized tank of an agricultural vehicle includes a cover having a first compression surface and a second compression surface. A hinge assembly is included that has a hinge arm rotatably coupled to the tank intermediate its ends. The hinge assembly further includes a hinge link rotatably coupled to the hinge arm at one end and rotatably coupled to the first compression surface at the other. A latch assembly is provided that has a latch arm rotatably coupled to the tank intermediate its ends. The latch assembly further includes a latch link rotatably coupled to the latch arm at one end and releasably engaging the second compression surface at the other. Accordingly, rotating the hinge and latch arms results in a first and second pressure engaging the cover along the first and second compression surfaces to secure the cover to the tank.

The container includes a base having a pair of inwardly recessed pockets for capturing a pair of extending latching portions on a lid. The pair of extending latching portions has concave grooves allowing the extending latching portions to flex inwards from an initial position for insertion into the pair inwardly recessed pockets. When the pair of extending latching portions are inserted into the pair inwardly recessed pockets, the pair of extending latching portions expand back to their initial position and protrusions within the pair of inwardly recessed pockets retain the pair of extending latching portions creating a tight fit and preventing the lid of the container from being easily disengaged from the base of the container.

The method comprises the steps of by an external unit (2, 4) requesting a first piece of information regarding if the locks (1) that are arranged on a container to be lifted are locked or unlocked, requesting a second piece of information regarding one or more given requirements that the locks (1) to be lifted and are locked meet. The lid portion is pivotally movable between open and closed positions. The container also has a latch assembly carried by the lid portion and latches the lid portion in the closed position. The lower member has a top clipping surface and several barbs. The upper member has a bottom clipping surface and at least a barb portion corresponding to the barbs. The barb portion is able to engage with the barbs. As such, the rim flange can be clipped between the top clipping surface and the bottom clipping surface. Therefore, the lid assembly can be firmly assembled on a cup by clipping the rim flange, even though the specification of the cup is slightly changed. Abstract: Apparatus is disclosed and comprises a cap, a body and a connector. The cap has an inner surface defining a hollow. The body includes a vial having a rim and an opening bounded by the rim. The connector couples the cap and body in a manner which permits cap movement between a fully-seated position on the vial, to form a sealed specimen container; and a position apart from the opening, to permit ingress to the vial. The connector can be adapted such that, in use, when the cap is disposed at the position apart from the opening, and in the absence of external forces, the connector holds the cap at the position apart from the opening. The sleeve includes an internal locking restriction secured to a wall thereof, and the card includes a tail end having an integral latch. The locking restriction and latch cooperate to form a locking engagement thereby locking the card within the sleeve when the card is in the storage position. The sleeve includes visually defined squeeze locations on opposite side edges thereof that correspond to a location of the internal locking restriction.

In a preferred embodiment the vacuum system has a container door supported on a frame and adapted to seal the container when the container door is closed. A power operated pulling assembly located within the container forces the container door against the container by applying a load on the door that is collinear with the load bearing axis of the latch assembly.
