The first clamp plate has a first upper end and a first lower end. The second clamp plate has a second upper end and a second lower end. The first bevel plate has a first distal end and a first connection end. The first distal end is connected to the first upper end. The second bevel plate has a second distal end and a second connection end. The second distal end is connected to the second upper end. The elastic main body has a first arm connected to the first connection end, a second arm connected to the second connection end, and a lower opening.

Abstract: A hook for fixing a decorative band to a hat has needles in the form of a fishing needle. For safety, a hole 11 is formed at the center of an elastic iron plate 10 which is bent toward one side. A sharp needle 11 is formed at one inner side of the hole 11, and needles 13 and 14, each in the form of an arrowhead are formed symmetrically outside of the elastic iron plate. A cleave 11a may alternatively be formed at the center of a flat elastic iron plate 10a with a sharp needle 12a formed at the opposite side of the open side of the cleave 11a. A needle 14a, in the form of an arrowhead, is formed outside of the open side of the cleave 11a, with knobs 15 which are inclined downwardly formed symmetrically outside of the open side of the cleave 11a.

The roller head (12B) has a roller head base (12BA) securely connected to the roller crank (12A). The roller head (12B) further has a roller head strap connector (12BC) securely connected to and extending outwardly at an approximate perpendicular angle from the roller head base (12BA). The roller head (12B) further has a roller head strap grip (12BB) securely connected to and extending from the roller head strap connector (12BC) at an approximate perpendicular angle in an approximate parallel configuration to the roller head base (12BA) forming a roller head slot (12BD) therebetween which functions to accept at least an end of the strap therein. Abstract: A holder includes a generally cylindrical barrel portion having an opening formed in the walls thereof. A pair of angularly related generally planar plates are joined to each side of the opening formed in the cylindrical portion to form a diverging angle between the plates. A conventional container/dispenser such as a toothpaste tube is received between the plates and extends therebeyond such that the closed end and a flattened portion of the tube passes through the opening and is coiled within the barrel portion. The material within the tube container/dispenser may be dispensed by squeezing the angularly disposed plates inwardly toward each other in an action which forces material from the tube interior while gripping and further coiling the flattened end of the tube. In an alternate embodiment, the holder further includes a supporting leg which extends downwardly from the barrel to support the combination of the holder and a tube container/dispenser in a vertical orientation.

Abstract: An improved binder clip comprised of resilient sheet metal pincher substantially triangular in cross section and metallic wire actuating arms which are rotably hinged at pincher grip edges. Pressure applied on the actuating arms urge open the pincher at grip edges while making contact at pivot bars. By providing a pivot point closer to the gripping edges, the pincher requires less pressure to open and consequently less pain and discomfort to the fingertips.

Abstract: A one-piece article having a uniform cross section includes a number of portions that interact to releasably grip a cylindrical object (18). Two jaws (14, 16) extend from a base (12) and are shaped to embrace the cylindrical object. The base (12) and one of the jaws (14) are rigid. A second jaw (16) melds into the base and has a gripping surface that closely follows the contour of the cylindrical object. The distal end (22) of the second jaw diverges from the cylindrical object and reverts back to the base, terminating in a free end (24). This free end serves as an actuator for releasing the cylindrical object. When the free end is pressed by the user in the direction of the first jaw (14), the reverted portion (26) pivots about a fulcrum (30) formed by an extension of the base to draw open the second jaw, thereby releasing the cylindrical object.

Abstract: A strap take-up device for a fashion accessory that includes an elongated strap of a purse or similar bag. The take-up device receives a strap in a looped form and selectively retains the strap in a plurality of desired positions. The retaining member receives and retains the strap in its desired position without slippage by providing a unitary body defining a spring clip formed of an elongated sheet folded, at least twice, back onto itself to form at least two strap retaining passages. The spring clip is elastically deformable to allow each of the passages to expand to an open position to allow a strap to be disposed therein and contract to a closed position to frictionally retain the strap. The spring clip is spring biased to contract to the closed position. In the preferred embodiments of this invention, the spring clip takes the forms of a W-shaped or S-shaped design.

Abstract: Trellis wires tieing clips are used with pairs of spaced longitudinal trellis wires which are located to control the direction of growth and support of plant foliage of crops such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and grapes. One wire is the longitudinal reference trellis wire, and the other wire is the longitudinal gathering trellis wire. Each trellis wires tieing clip is made of a molded plastic having: resiliency and a retention of shape memory, and having the integral portions of a transverse elongated top body portion; a transverse elongated trellis wire receiving volume in the top body portion; a centered bottom entry to guide trellis wires into the transverse elongated trellis wire receiving volume; a right side arm depending at a wire guiding angle from the transverse elongated top body portion; and a left side arm depending at a wire guiding angle from the transverse elongated top body portion.

Abstract: A display device for a fashion accessory that includes an elongated strap of a purse or similar bag and a retaining member that receives a strap in a looped form and retains the strap in its desired position. The retaining member receives and retains the strap in its desired position without slippage by providing a unitary body defining a retaining plane parallel to the plane of the strap, wherein apertures are disposed on and passing through this retaining plane. In the preferred embodiments of this invention, the retaining device takes the forms of a figure-eight or S-shaped design. Moreover, breakaway tabs may be provided to enhance the frictional resistance to slippage.

Abstract: A sealed container for pills on a clip such as a money clip. Preferably, the container is hermetically sealed and suitable for holding moisture sensitive pills in a fashion which prevents the sensitive substances from being adversely affected during transport. The container has a main body having a first finger and a second finger with a generally U-shaped spring forming joint therebetween. The first finger has an upper surface upon which a container base portion is mounted. The container base portion has a threaded portion along the peripheral sides thereof, and a sealing surface at the upper reaches thereof. A cap is provided with threads complimentary to those on the outside of the container base portion, so that the cap can be removably affixed to the container base portion. A sealing portion, preferably of the O-ring type, is used to form a seal between the container base portion, at the sealing surface, and the cap.

Abstract: An elongate article coupler comprises a pair of fitting parts for severally retaining end parts of the elongate articles and a connecting part disposed between the fitting parts and adapted to interconnect the fitting parts, the connecting part having a breaking part adapted to be broken under a tension exceeding a prescribed level. In accordance with one embodiment of the modification, the coupler comprises a pair of fitting parts each including one of a pair of engaging parts adapted to form mutual engagement and break the engagement under a tension exceeding a prescribed level. In accordance with another modification, the coupler comprises one or more of fitting parts and retention cancelling means adapted to induce retention of the elongate article in cooperation with the fitting parts and cancel the retention of the elongate article when a tension exceeding a prescribed level is exerted on the elongate article.

Abstract: A sheet clipping device of the invention is designed to detachably hold one or more sheets. The sheet clipping device is formed of an elongated base member, and a plurality of gripping devices fixed to the elongated base member at a predetermined distance away from each other along the longitudinal direction thereof. The elongated base member is formed of upper and lower portions with diagonal upper and lower guide members, and a back portion situated between the upper and lower portions. Distal ends of the upper and lower guide members are vertically spaced apart from each other. Each gripping device includes an upper frictional member fixed to the upper portion, and a lower frictional member fixed to the lower portion to face to each other. When the sheets are inserted between the upper and lower frictional members through the guide members, the sheets are frictionally retained between the frictional members. The sheets can be easily attached to or removed from the clipping device.

Abstract: A vascular occluder clip including a resiliently-biased pair of clamping elements extending transversely to longitudinally-extending members. Gripping loops or pads are provided for grasping by the user and compression of the members against the biasing force to separate the clamping elements. The gripping loops or pads extend from the longitudinal members on the opposite side thereof from the clamping elements.

Abstract: A package film device for closely packaging two objects includes a sheet like film having one edge secured to the middle portion and having the other edge secured to one end portion. The film may thus form two spaces for receiving the objects and is arranged to form a partition between the spaces for closely engaging with the outer peripheral surfaces of the objects. The film may shrink under heat in order to closely engaging with and to hold the objects in place.

Abstract: A quick connector for fast connection of fluid carrying assemblies such as a mating tube and a fluid unit includes a connector body that houses the connector components and accepts a redundant clip, which is adapted to engage an upset bead of the male tube. The redundant clip is generally L-shaped and includes a retaining head that is inserted into the connector body and is adapted to engage the upset bead. A body portion, which extends along the side of the connector body and in the preferred embodiment is contoured to mate with the connector body, extends between the retaining head and a base member. The base includes a camming edge for facilitating the insertion of the retainer head into the connector body.

Abstract: A decorative concho that can be attached to the belt loops of a person's pants to provide a different "look". It consists of a decorative buckle which has three bars attached to the back of the buckle. Two of the bars are attached at the ends of the buckle and at one side of the buckle. The other end of the two bars are free. The third bar is attached between the first two bars and is permanently attached at one end to the buckle. The end that is permanently attached is adjacent the free ends of the other two bars to provide a serpentine path between the bars. The concho can be attached to the belt loops by slipping one bar at a time on the belt loop.

Abstract: An assemblage for shaping and maintaining the position of skirts and covers on seating and upholstered furniture comprises an elongated band having a band adjusting member to form the band into a closed loop and to adjust the length of the closed loop; a pleating member capable of being affixed to the band and including a plurality of clips for gathering material of a furniture cover; and a skirt clip capable of being affixed to the band and including a pair of fingers to permit a skirt to be affixed to the elongated band. The above elements can each be used alone or in combination with other elements for securing fabric to furniture.

Abstract: An electromechanical module comprises an IC package having a top surface which dissipates heat and a heat sink which is held by a frame in direct thermal contact with the top surface. This frame includes a pair of spaced-apart elongated beams and a pair of end members which connect to opposite ends of the beams; and the beams together with the end members surround the IC package and expose all of the top surface. Thus, the heat sink can be in direct thermal contact with all of the top surface and can extend past it without having to step up to get over the frame. To attach/remove the frame from the IC package, each end member has at least one leg with a lip that catches on the bottom surface of the IC package; and, when the beams are manually bowed, the lips on the legs move further apart and past the bottom surface.

A jumpertop clipper disk is fun because it may be jump-flighted by flexing it between thumb and forefinger, aiming, and quick-releasing, so that it will jump forth as an aimed, self propelled projectile, toward positively scored targets and negatively scored hazards. This requires skill in aiming and quick-releasing to hit targets and avoid hazards. Clipper disks may be decorated with indicia and logo. They may be clipped onto clothes, hair, school books, and personal effects as decorations. They may be linked, one to another, to form a chain of identifiable, collectible disks, for team identity. Score is kept for each jump-flight. The highest net score for player or for team, is the winner.

Abstract: This invention pertains to spring clip garment holders for holding garments, especially small garments such as pairs of socks, while the garments are being processed. In the rest position, the clip generally has a "U-shaped" configuration, including a bight and a pair of legs extending from the bight. The legs have upper sections extending toward each other, and lower sections extending away from each other, and the legs reside in surfaces which preferably intersect at an angle of no more than about 20 degrees. At least one of the legs includes a lock, such as a lock slot, for locking the legs together. In use, the spring clip garment holder is compressed, creating an opening for receiving a garment, and providing clearance for one leg to pass the other, thereby crossing one leg over the other. The compression is released after the garment is inserted into the opening, with the legs still crossed.

The device seals the bag by gripping the bag with each opposed jaw.

A resilient interior component with an upper end adjacent to the upper portion and a lower end adjacent to a location above the parallel lines for thereby assisting in the return of the parallel lines to the release orientation after grasping an object in the space between the short legs and the lower end of the interior component.

Abstract: The present invention provides a clip that is one piece and is therefore relatively easy to fabricate. A resilient plastic such as polycarbonate is preferred so that fabrication is inexpensive and yet effective repetitive clamping of the clip is achieved. The frame member when inserted into the pocket of a jacket or blazer is completely covered. The scarf or handkerchief is adjusted to extend above the pocket for display.

The clip comprises an integral body defining a pair of internal circular recesses, a central chamber connecting the recesses, and an opening permitting ingress into the central chamber. The opening has a width less than the diameter of each of said cylindrical members intended to be held therein. The diameter of each recess is slightly less than the diameter of the cylindrical members. When in the recesses, the pair of members are in substantially tangential contact. This orientation of recesses, internal chamber, and opening provides compound forces and plural flexures necessary to overcome in order to attach the clip to the cylindrical members or to detach it from them. This permits the clip to be made more flexible while maintaining a high ability to hold the cylindrical members within the clip.

Abstract: A cerebral aneurysm clip used for clamping an intercerebral blood vessel during a surgical operation. The clip has a pair of opposite clamping blades or arms for clamping a blood vessel, semi-circular engagement portions integrally connected to the proximal ends of the clamping arms, and a resilient wire portion integrally connecting the two engagement portions for exerting a resilient clamping force to the clamping arms via the engagement portions. The clamping arms are opened and closed by manipulating forceps which has at its tip engagement protrusions engaging the engagement portions from the inside. In order to prevent a blood vessel from passing excessively beyond the region between the opposite clamping arms, a U-shaped wire element is attached to the clip. The wire element has a transverse section passed through and across the proximal ends of the clamping arms for preventing ingress of the blood vessel into the space between the engagement portions.

Abstract: An improved spring clip retainer for a telescopic coupling such as the coupling between a fuel filter and a fuel line. The retainer comprises a first pair of opposed spring fingers which grasp and hold the male portion of the coupling and a second pair of opposed spring fingers which grasp and hold a longitudinally spaced portion of the female coupling element. The second set of fingers are longer than the first and are provided with a self-aiming, one-way latch which is readily operated by squeezing the longer fingers toward one another after association with the small diameter female fuel line coupling component. Through this operation the retainer can be effectively permanently associated with a fuel line subassembly which is joined to the fuel filter in a subsequent operation.

Abstract: A one-piece clip for attaching thermostats to pipes has a peripheral wall that is circumferentially interrupted to define adjacent end portions that are reversely bent into cooperative hooks. The clip has a top portion attachable to a thermostat and an opposite bottom portion that is positionable on the opposite side of a pipe from the thermostat. The clip is resiliently deformable to move the hooks into interengaged relationship and the clip then holds the thermostat against the pipe.

Abstract: A window frame connector having a generally tubular body to fit over aligned screw bosses of opposite window frame halves to align and releasably intersecure the frame halves for transportation. The connector includes a pair of diametrically opposed longitudinal slots in each of its opposite ends. The slots in the two ends are longitudinally aligned. Either connector end may be pinched to open the opposite end, and the connector slots receive ribs supporting the interconnected screw bosses.

Abstract: The securing clip of the invention comprises a top plate segment, a bottom plate segment and a joining segment which flexibly links the top and bottom plate segments. Each of the top and bottom plate segments has an upper and a lower surface. The lower surface of the top plate confronts the upper surface of the bottom plate segment and these two surfaces, along with the internal face of the joining segment thereby define a partially closed spaced. There is provided on the lower surface of the top plate segment, at least one finger protruding downwardly into the space. This finger and the lower surface define an angle facing the joining segment which is 90.degree. or less.
