Abstract: A flexible trash can frame for environmental protection mainly comprises a base, in which a slot is formed at a back side of the base of which an underside is provided with a concave and pivots are provided respectively at top ends of two sides of the base; two pivoting parts are located respectively at two sides behind cover board of which an underside has a buckle buckled to the concave of base; a chute is provided in the guide seat, inside which a flexible belt is accommodated, the guide seat is inserted in the slot of base; after the guide seat is inserted, an insert hole is formed; thus, a front end of the flexible belt is pierced out of the chute and moved round to the insert hole of another side to temporarily wedge into, thereby the flexible trash can frame according to this invention being formed.

Abstract: A bracket for securing a side airbag for an automotive vehicle is provided. The bracket includes a mounting plate formed of a synthetic resin material, and including a main body and a coupling part projecting from an upper surface of the main body and having a hole, and a bracket clip including two support plates in contact with front and rear surfaces of the coupling part and having through-holes in communication with the hole, and a bent part connecting the two support plates at each one side. Therefore, it is possible to protect the bracket to prevent damage to or deformation of the bracket when a bolt is screwed, thereby maintaining the side airbag in an optimal state.

Abstract: The present invention refers to a manual bag carrier created to avoid the discomfort and the unpleasant feeling that occur to the hands due to the pressure that bag handles cause when 1 or more bags contain something. It has also been designed with the intention of avoiding spills by keeping the handles inside the bag carrier while the bags are not being carried. Designed primarily for, but not limited to, the kind of bags—whether they are bags made with handles of plastic, fabric, paper, or another material—that supermarkets, department stores, malls, and stores in general give to their customers to transport the acquired products. This bag carrier has been perfected to help carry and transport comfortably one or more bags. This product is not limited exclusively to carry bag handles, it can also be used to carry other products with handles or something similar.

Abstract: An apparatus for holding stacks of plastic packaging bags, including a wicket and a securing device for securing the packaging bags to the wicket. The wicket includes a pair of elongated leg members, and a cross-member connecting together the leg members. Each of the leg members has a series of locking portions for selectively locking the securing device to the leg members at pre-determined distances from the cross-member. The securing device includes a pair of securing buttons having a bore sized and shaped to be slidable onto the leg members over the locking portions. The locking portions are pairs of aligned locking tabs shaped to prevent the securing buttons from sliding back off the leg members. A cartridge comprising a plurality of wickets coupled together by break away tabs can be used to automate a bag-stacking operation. The wicket and securing buttons are made to be recycled along with the bags lips left after bags are torn off, reducing waste.

Abstract: An improved plastic trash bag holder is presented. The invention will hold a standard t-shirt shopping bag firmly and permit the bag to be held in the hand by means of an attached handle or placed on a vertical flat surface by means of screw or other attachments mechanisms.

Abstract: A newspaper bagger system includes a bag support and a bag chute suspended around and from the bag support. The bag support includes a plurality of detachable bags that extend through the bottom of the chute. The bag chute includes a shoulder at an upper end of the chute to hang the bag chute from the bag support and can also include a vertical slot on a front side of the chute that extends down from the upper end of the chute about half the length of the chute. An upper stiffener is incorporated into the back of the chute and across the shoulder section of the chute and a lower stiffener is attached outside the chute and adjacent to a bottom of the chute. The bagger system is suspended from the interior of an automobile.

One rear major surface of the bag bundle is connected to a sheet which is parallel with said bundle and which is adapted for releasably co-action with the fitting. The bags are releasably connected to said sheet at there respective opening regions. The sheet has an opening midway of its width and the fitting has upwardly directed clip-finger that includes in an upper portion of its side facing towards the wall a projection that can be received in the opening in the sheet. The projection has two vertically separated oblique surfaces which are mutually convergent in a direction towards said wall for co-action with the upper and lower edges of the sheet opening.

The bag is engaged by inserting the bag into the cavity defined by the body and folding the closure of the bag over the top rim of the holder. For example, a circular top rim may have an outer diameter less than the quotient of the perimeter of the mouth of the bag divided by ?. Abstract: A tilt-out laundry bag assembly for use with a bottom hinged cabinet door, comprises a suspension bracket subassembly and a laundry bag subassembly, the latter being suspended from the former. The suspension bracket subassembly includes a pair of parallel inter-bracket rods located in a plane perpendicular to the bottom hinged cabinet door. One of the rods is spaced from the mentioned door, while a second one is located in a position somewhat retracted from that door. The laundry bag subassembly comprises at least one laundry bag and a pair of hangers for each laundry bag. A laundry bag includes a pair of opposite flat panels and a pair of opposite folded panels. Each of the former has at the top a pair of loops for each hanger. Each hanger has a central grip for a hand and at each extremity a semi-circular configuration to fit with each one of the inter-bracket rods.

The ends of the band portion are connected by connection means to slideable hinge rings, each of the slideable hinge rings having a sufficient circumference so as to permit encircling of the trunk hinges.

A support structure is connected to the sleeve, the support structure consisting of at least one support element, wherein the support element is manually operable to bring the sleeve in a generally upright position that permits debris to be readily inserted into the opening. The sleeve also includes a connecting means for connecting the bag to the sleeve. The sleeve is operable to funnel debris inserted in the top opening from the interior into the bag through the bottom opening.

Abstract: A yard waste bag loading assembly includes a base having dimensions able to accommodate a yard waste bag therein, the yard waste bag having a given opening size. A plurality of vertical supports extend from the base to a height necessary to accommodate the yard waste bag. A funnel is hingeably secured to the tops of the vertical supports. The funnel has a mouth greater than the bag opening size. The components of the loading assembly are readily formed from tubular plastic pieces, elbow fittings and tee fittings to facilitate easy breakdown and storage.

Abstract: The invention is directed to a combination of a telescopically extendable frame with a laundry bag assembly, adaptable to be mounted in closet receptacles of various articles of furniture. The combination comprises a telescopically extendable frame incorporating front and back support bars and a laundry bag assembly including one or more laundry bags interengaged with the front and back support bars and hanging below them. The one or more laundry bags can be translatable with respect to the front and back support bars. The front and back support bars are so spaced apart as to permit the laundry bag assembly to be located between and suspended from them. The telescopically extendable frame comprises left and right slides of ball bearing drawer type slides.

Abstract: A support structure and method, designed to maintain a resealable plastic bag in an open position within a dishwasher through the washing and drying cycles, has at least two vertically extending support and restraining straps that may be engaged with like straps to form a resilient support framework. A plurality of mating dimples and protrusions offer controlled size adjustments, while maintaining the reliability of the structure. The structure is readily collapsible to a flat and compact structure prior to purchase and when not in use, and includes features to engage with the rack in the dishwasher to prevent the support and bag from being substantially relocated during the wash process.

Abstract: A stand for supporting an open-ended conical plastic bag, has an upper rim portion, over which a portion of the bag open end may be folded, in securing relation; a like lower rim portion supports the stand in stable, self-supporting relation. The stand consists of two identical segment portions, which clip together. Each segment has first and second longitudinal ribs joining the opposed rim portions. Almost half the length of each first rib is arcuately recessed to secure a corresponding length of the other first rib, when reversed, in entered relation within the recess. The arcuate recess has protruding ear portions which serve as clips for securing the entered other first rib, which ear portions also engage the sides of protrusions of the other first rib to stabilize it in the recess. Other local first rib protrusions enter into corresponding recesses located in the bottom of the opposed first rib arcuate recess.

Abstract: A system for stabilizing articles is provided. The system is particularly well-suited for stabilizing plastic grocery bags during transport in a vehicle. The system comprises a stabilizing element that, when in use, extends from a first point to a second point and passes through the handles of a bag to be stabilized. Preferably, the first and second points are fixed, either detachably or semi-permanently, on the sidewalls in the interior of a vehicle. Further, the stabilizing element preferably is flexible. In addition, the stabilizing element preferably can be disconnected from the second point and also preferably, the stabilizing element can recoil into a location at the first point so that only a portion of the stabilizing element is visible. Other preferred embodiments of the present invention, including those with intermediary fixtures or intermediary support features, as well as those with multiple stabilizing elements, also are disclosed.

The device includes a vehicle attachment member attached to a hook member via a strap. The vehicle attachment member has a base portion and a vehicle engagement arm extending from the base portion. The vehicle engagement arm is configured to hang over a door frame or open window of the vehicle and thereby removably suspend the vehicle attachment member on the vehicle. The hook member has a base portion and at least one garbage bag suspension arm extending from the base portion, the garbage bag suspension arm configured to securely suspend a garbage bag. The vehicle engagement arm of the vehicle attachment member and the garbage bag suspension arm of the hook member are preferably positioned on opposite sides of the strap.

Abstract: Tool pouch frames support a tool pouch in an upright position and hold tools. The tool pouch frame comprises a U-shaped base, U-shaped upper member, and an inverted J-shaped front member connected to the exterior of the tool pouch by straps with side release buckles. The base ensures that the tool pouch cannot fall over and spill, even when it is heavily loaded. The tool pouch frame also holds frequently used tools in a position where they are easily accessed using rings with hook and loop fasteners. In addition, the front member acts as a convenient carrying handle for the tool pouch.

Creases are preferably formed in the body to facilitate forming the rear portion into a throat while maintaining the generally planar configuration of the front portion.

Abstract: A trash bag holder comprising a collapsible frame having a plurality of elongated support members flexibly connected end-to-end. A trash bag is secured to the frame by the use of a plurality of clips mounted on the frame. The frame engages the trash bag in a manner which holds the mouth of the trash bag open when the frame is in a ready-to-use configuration. The frame is maintained in the ready-to-use configuration by a brace pivotally mounted to one of the support members and releasably engaged to a second support member. To collapse the frame, the brace is disengaged from the second support member thereby allowing the support members to be collapsed into a convenient and compact size for transport or storage. A handle is attached to one of the support members to allow a person to maneuver the trash bag holder into any desirable position. The support members are optionally adjustable in length to allow for the use of trash bags of varying sizes.

The clamping assembly is mounted for sliding movement relative to the base member and is adapted to clamp a pouch. The interlocking of the handles and the arms allows the bag to maintain an open position, while providing sufficient support for items placed within the bag.

The loop has an outer surface and an inner surface. A coupling member removably attaches the refuse bag to the loop. A securing member releasably secures the loop in a generally horizontal position. An edge of a refuse bag may be extended between the loop and the coupling member such that the refuse bag is held in an open orientation.

Abstract: The bag insert of the present invention is an apparatus for aiding in the management of a waste collection bag during waste collection. In one embodiment, the bag insert is placed inside the waste collection bag and then expanded. Once expanded, the bag insert maintains the bag in an upright and open position. Further, the bag insert forms a hollow rectangular tube such that waste can be placed inside the bag by dropping the waste through the open top of the bag insert. The waste collection bag may be placed inside the expanded bag insert, wherein the bag insert maintains the bag in an upright and substantially open position. After waste collection is complete, the bag insert is capable of being folded along several axes such that the size of the bag insert is reduced for storage.

The channel has a first section for receiving and enclosing a portion of the slider and a second section for receiving only the closure strips but not the slider. The channel further has a slot formed by the distal portions of the holding members wherein the slot has a width sufficient to allow the side panels of the thermoplastic bag to enter the slot but prevent passage of the closure strips through the slot.

Hand openings are formed near the upper ends of opposing sidewalls. Abstract: A bag opener support apparatus includes a frame having members movable between a collapsed position allowing easy insertion through an end of a flexible container to an expanded position in which the members are movable to a position expanding the interior of the flexible container and the open end of the container to a full cross section shape. The apparatus includes first and second frame members formed of interconnected side legs, with the second frame members pivotally connected to the first frame member for pivotal movement between the collapsed and expanded positions. A lock arm is mountable on one of the second frame members for lockingly engaging the opposed second frame member to maintain the second frame members in the expanded position.
