Means For Position Lock Patents (Class 269/74)
  • Patent number: 11426828
Abstract: A method for assembling a dual-head pulling rod involves attaching pulling heads to two ends of a rod body through threaded connection using a system that includes a foundation, on which a rod dispensing device, an inclined guiding plate, a conveying flap, a head dispensing device, a head mounting unit, a clamping device, an assembling device and a V-shaped output channel are provided. The inclined guiding plate is inclined and uses its ramp to guide a rod body falling thereon. The conveying flap is swingable between an input position and an output position. The conveying flap at the input position receives the rod body coining from the inclined guiding plate and outputs the rod body to the clamping device.

  • Patent number: 9430588
Abstract: A method and apparatus that allows the user of a computer aided design (CAD) system to connect three-dimensional parts to create a three-dimensional assembly using connections that completely define the attachment between the parts attached to each other by that connection. The user can simultaneously define the orientations of the parts and their behavior. “Behavior” includes whether parts are rigidly connected or allowed to move relative to one and other, and if allowed to move, the nature and limits on that movement. Within any movement allowed, the user may specify key discrete orientations known to be important to the function of the assembly, such as orientations that limit movement within the assembly. The connection method creates a smaller, more consistent representation of the underlying constraints of the assembly, improving the reliability, performance, and ease of use of a CAD system in which it is used.

A communication device may be provided on the rotating table by detaching the rotary joint and arranging a composite curl cord. The communication device may be provided by the rotary joint and a wireless communication device without using the composite curl cord.

Abstract: A clamping device for holding an indexed angular position of a main shaft includes a clamp section non-rotatable relative to the main shaft, and a pressing mechanism including a clamp piston displaceable in an axial direction of the main shaft and causing a fluid pressure received by the clamp piston to act on the clamp section. The clamp section includes a first clamp portion being non-rotatable relative to the main shaft, and a second clamp portion being rotatable with the main shaft. The pressing mechanism includes first and second pressing portions which respectively press the first and second clamp portions. The second clamp portion or the second pressing portion is elastically displaced when the clamp piston advances by the fluid pressure. Forces in axial and radial directions are respectively applied to the first and second clamp portions, thereby clamping the main shaft.
