Abstract: A color coding is applied to medical guide wires by coloring portions of the guide wire to distinguish similar guide wires and guide wire portions from a particular manufacturer. The metallic elongate core can be colored using various methods such as electrochemical processes, sputtering, electroplating, and laser inducing microstructures to alter the surface characteristics of the elongate metallic core. Alternatively, the outer layer of the guide wire can be color coded by using non-standard colors or by introducing a colored band on the guide wire.

Abstract: Technologies are generally described for providing inductively removable assembly bonding. Inductive elements may be placed strategically at bonding locations between two or more coupled components. At disassembly time, the elements may be heated through Radio Frequency (RF) energy causing the bonds to break and components to separate. For example, inductive elements placed near plastic stake bonds between dissimilar materials in an electronic device may be employed to separate the dissimilar materials during a recycling process. According to some examples, the elements may also be heated through a directly applied electric current via a network of connections designed into the assembly.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for disassembling a flat display device including a panel that includes a pair of glass substrates each having display materials formed on a surface thereof, the glass substrates being arranged so as to face each other. In the disassembling method, rotation body (10) which has recesses and projections (10a) inside thereof and rotates at a non-constant speed is used. The panel is disassembled so as to be separated into glass substrates (1a) and (1b) to thereby expose the display materials, glass substrates (1a) and (1b) each having the display materials formed on the surface thereof are then put into rotation body (10), and rotation body (10) is then rotated to perform a process for removing the display materials from the surface of each of glass substrates (1a) and (1b).
