  • Patent number: 11642803
Abstract: There are many trimmer models with 2 main parts, the static comb blade and the side moving cutter blade driven by electric motor/vibrator. These blades differ in many ways, shapes, sizes . . . which require fine adjustments and tenth of millimeter clearance at the end of the blades. Some models come with an adjuster that fits its model only with a fixed clearance that cannot be modified and does not fit other models. The proposed inventions are universal trimmer blades adjusters that fit most trimmer blades models and the clearance can be varied to meet the users' requirements. First invention design has one moving part with non-linear smooth adjustments and second invention design has two moving parts with linear fine adjustments.

  • Patent number: 11633870
Abstract: A box reducer for trimming or reducing the size of a cardboard box is disclosed. The current invention allows an operator to reduce the size of an existing cardboard box after unnecessary material is removed by a knife or a cutter. The current invention improves prior arts in two ways. First, the invention contains a stabilizer which allows itself to travel in a stable way along the top edge of the flaps of the cardboard box while marking a line to be folded to create the cover of the box. Second, instead of using perforation as prior arts do, this invention uses compression to create the line on the flaps of the cardboard box. Then the operator can fold along the line to create the covering flaps, thus, a reduced box.

  • Patent number: 7350517
Abstract: A tile saw guide apparatus comprising a right-angle triangle shaped guide body and an attachment structure. The right-angle triangle shaped guide body includes a tile receiving space accessible through a first non-hypotenuse edge of the right-angle triangle shaped guide body. A first tile engaging edge defining the tile receiving space extends substantially perpendicular to the first non-hypotenuse edge of the right-angle triangle shaped guide body. A second tile engaging edge defining the tile receiving space extends substantially perpendicular to a second non-hypotenuse edge of the right-angle triangle shaped guide body. The attachment structure is fixedly attached to the right-angle triangle shaped guide body. The attachment structure is configured for fixedly securing the guide body to a table of a tile saw and extends across the hypotenuse edge of the right-angle triangle shaped guide body.

  • Patent number: 7299565
Abstract: A tape measure includes a housing, a rule blade coilable within the housing, and an edge guide coupled to the housing. The edge guide may be oriented in either a first position, in which the edge guide contacts the edge of a work surface, or a second position, in which the edge guide does not contact the edge of the work surface. The edge guide may be permanently or releasably connected to the housing. The tape measure may further include a laser assembly that generates a laser line intersecting the rule blade and the work surface and a calibration mechanism to adjust the alignment of the laser line. In use, the edge guide may orient the tape measure on the work surface such that the laser line is generally perpendicular to the work surface edge.
