Abstract: A writing implement holder comprises an elongated hollow housing. An electric motor is fixed at one end of the housing and having an output shaft thereof aligned with a longitudinal axis of the housing. A source of electric power is coupled to the motor. A gripping member is mounted within a hollow interior of the housing and has one end thereof securely attached to the output shaft of the motor. The gripping member is configured to receive one end of the writing implement for rotation with the output shaft of the motor, when the writing implement is inserted though an axially opposite open end of the housing. Manually operable ON/OFF switch is also provided.

Abstract: A lip gloss dispenser/applicator which uses the impression of an individual's lips as the applicator surface. The dispenser container contains a soft, plastic mold of a set of lips, realistic in look and texture, which a user can “kiss” to apply the gloss. The gloss is contained within a reservoir beneath, and sealed around, the artificial and molded lips. The gloss is applied from the reservoir by a turning knob-like mechanism beneath the container, which controls an elevator-type lift inside the container. As the mechanism turns, the lift rises, pressing the reservoir against the bottom of the lips, forcing small amounts of gloss through a hole and onto the front of the lips. Micro-fissures in the lips evenly spread the gloss.

Abstract: A cosmetic device for applying makeup onto the lip area. The cosmetic device includes a top layer. The top layer includes a cosmetic applicator. The cosmetic device also includes a bottom layer aligned with and attached to the top layer. The top and bottom layers are attached in a two-dimensional manner so as to seal the cosmetic applicator and a product area between the top and the bottom layer.

Abstract: The present disclose describes and teaches a pen/pencil grip and a product combining the pen/pencil grip with a pen/pencil. The pen/pencil grip may include a head section, a middle section, and a tail section forming a continuous and smoothly connected body. Positioned on the pen/pencil grip are placement recesses and grooves to accommodate the thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, little finger, and thenar eminence of a human hand. The pen/pencil grip may also include a channel that may receive the shaft of a pen/pencil. A final product may include the pen/pencil and the grip, forming a writing apparatus that is easy to use, prevents writing fatigue, and helps to establish good writing habits and healthy posture.

Abstract: An applicator includes a barrel portion, a nose portion, a pivoting joint, a threaded screw, a cup, and a flexible driveshaft. The nose portion is connected to the barrel portion at the pivoting joint. The threaded screw is disposed in the barrel portion and threadably engages a plurality of threads. The cup is disposed in the nose portion and is adapted to carry a mass or instrument. The cup is rotationally fixed to the nose portion and the threaded screw such that rotation of the nose portion relative to the barrel portion causes axial displacement of the cup and the screw relative to the barrel portion. The flexible driveshaft extends between and is rotationally fixed to the threaded screw and the cup. The flexible shaft extends across the pivoting joint disposed at the connection between the nose portion and the barrel portion.

Abstract: A writing instrument accessory for use with a writing instrument includes a sleeve having a tubular configuration defining upper and lower ends, the sleeve being configured to receive the writing instrument. The accessory includes an elastic member coupled at one end to the sleeve and extending away from the sleeve to another end opposite the sleeve, the elastic member having a stretchable and resilient configuration. A hook member is coupled to the elastic member at the end opposite the sleeve, the hook member having a configuration complementary to a shape of a person's finger so as to be selectively coupled thereto. In operation, the elastic member is held at length by a user's non-writing hand finger from the writing instrument while a writing task is undertaken by the user.

Abstract: A device for the application of a gel or solid substance to a human body surface is disclosed. The apparatus is comprised of an applicator portion to which gel or solid deodorant is secured and which is coupled to a handle portion. The applicator portion is sized to accommodate a single application of deodorant in a compact format while the handle portion is sized to be grasped between the fingers and thumb of the human hand. The handle portion comprises a moveable connecting point allowing the handle portion to traverse between a storage position and a gripping position during use. The applicator portion is integrally formed with said handle portion.

Abstract: A nail polish removal device includes a hollow applicator handle and an applicator tip. The applicator handle has an applicator end and an opposite end and releasably contains a nail solution. The applicator tip is removably attached to the applicator end of the applicator handle. The nail solution saturates or passes through the applicator tip when released from the applicator handle.

Abstract: The present application discloses a cosmetic device for accessing residual liquid and gel like cosmetics in hard to reach containers and applying the cosmetics. Specifically, the device is a stand-alone lip gloss wand with a long flexible stem capable of reaching every spot in a tube of lip gloss and retrieving hard to reach residual lip gloss and a specially designed flame shaped applicator tip for applying both thin and broad strokes of the retrieved lip gloss. Additionally, the device is easily cleaned allowing for use across multiple tubes without cross-contamination.

Abstract: A writing instrument accessory for use with a writing instrument includes a sleeve having a tubular configuration defining upper and lower ends, the sleeve being configured to receive the writing instrument. The accessory includes an elastic member coupled at one end to the sleeve and extending away from the sleeve to another end opposite the sleeve, the elastic member having a stretchable and resilient configuration. A hook member is coupled to the elastic member at the end opposite the sleeve, the hook member having a configuration complementary to a shape of a person's finger so as to be selectively coupled thereto. Abstract: A marking enhancement device for facilitating and enhancing markings and helping to adjust writing styles. The device positions over a marking device in proximity to where a hand grasps. The device counteracts the pressure exerted by the hand while marking. The device includes a shaft portion for receiving the marking device. The shaft portion includes an aperture through which the marking device passes through. At least one lever joins along a longitudinal axis of the shaft, and extends outwardly from the shaft. Each lever includes a U-shape configured to be grasped by the hand while marking. A tension portion, such as a coil spring, positions between the shaft and the each lever. The tension portion provides a compressive force that counteracts the pressure applied on the marking device during marking. In this manner, the pressure transfers from the marking device and the marking surface to the tension portion.

Thus, while the inner shell (12) inside can allow the user to feel the fit, the outer shell (11) outside prevents the inner shell (12) from getting damaged or worn even if the inner shell (12) is soft, so as to fully secure durability of the grip member (10). Since a thin part (11A) of the outer shell (11) is sufficiently thin on a swell (13), the excellent fit can be given to the user even if the outer shell (11) is formed of a hard elastic material to fully secure the durability of the grip member (10).

Abstract: A finger grip for a writing instrument such as a pen or pencil, which has an external concave depression for receiving the ball of a middle finger, and a longitudinal bore through its center which is threaded to screw upon the barrel of any handwriting instrument which has been externally threaded to accommodate it. The depression provides stability and comfort while using only the thumb and middle finger to write. The passive exclusion of the index finger from the process of gripping and moving the instrument provides a simpler dexterous hand coordination which can result in improved and faster handwriting.

The midportion is impregnated with a protective substance, which may be a body lotion, sunscreen, insect repellant, or a combination of sunscreen and insect repellant. The user alternatingly pulls the first gripping end and the second end from side to side across the desired body portion to selectively apply the protective substance and the skin-protective agent discards the strap whereinafter the strap biodegrades.

Depending from the cover is a fitment for applying a force to a surface of the container to cause a valve on the container to open. The dispenser further includes a harness attached to the frame for securely attaching the fluid dispenser to the back side lower torso of a person, wherein the harness includes a vertically adjusting mechanism for selectively adjusting the harness vertically according to the height of people.

Enough cleaning agent or moisturizer is present to allow the luffah to be used at least once. A method of forming a luffah herein includes injecting a substantially wet, cleansing and/or moisturizing agent at, or near, a core of a luffah which is then compressed around the injected cleansing and/or moisturizing agent. The substantially wet, cleansing and/or moisturizing agent is then allowed to dry into a generally dry, water-soluble, cleansing and/or moisturizing agent at the core of the luffah.
