The mechanism is designed to make the cosmetic product exit by at least one rotation movement, the mechanism including at least one sheath made of plastic material and a casing made of plastic material external to the sheath, the casing and the sheath being interfused in at least one point, called assembly point, so as to be integral in rotation and in translation.

Abstract: An all-aluminum lipstick tube cartridge comprises a sleeve portion, a spiral portion, an inner body portion and a cup portion, wherein the inner side wall of the spiral portion is formed with a helical spiral groove. A head end of the spiral groove is located at the upper end of the spiral portion and a tail end of the spiral groove is located at the lower end of the spiral portion, and a side wall of the inner body portion is provided with a pair of oppositely formed guide slots axially formed along the inner body portion.

Abstract: Proposed is a stick type cosmetic container that includes a first holder for supporting the underside of a cosmetic material to allow the cosmetic material to move in upward and downward directions, a handle for controlling the upward and downward movements of the cosmetic material and having a first hollow portion formed at the inside thereof, an inner container located at the first hollow portion and thus rotatable with respect to the handle and having fixing and fastening grooves formed on the lower end periphery thereof and thus fixedly fastened to the handle whenever the inner container rotates once, and a second holder located inside the inner container to support the underside of the first holder.

A stopper is provided on opposite portions of a flat second side outer circumferential surface of the raising and lowering supporting part and configured to be mutually caught by a lower end of the engagement rib to limit the upward movement of the cosmetics. The cosmetic holder is separably engaged to a tubular body through one or more engagement ribs. The tubular body is configured to be raised independently secondarily while being released from an engagement force from the engagement rib of the cosmetic holder.

A product holder or cup can be introduced in the body to complete the assembly.

The actuator sleeve rotates an actuator, propelling a driver through the barrel. The driver is keyed into the barrel using a clutch washer—the clutch washer prevents the rotation of the driver. Mechanical actuating splines on the actuator engage the threads of the driver. The forward motion of the driver transversely pushes a cup out from an orifice of the barrel. The molded product is fitted within the cup. A cap is hermetically sealed to a barrel to create dynamic vapor chamber that prevents any contamination or alteration of the molded product. Primary and secondary seals between the barrel and the cap as well as between the cup and the barrel maintain the airtight feature of the dynamic vapor chamber.

The columned lipstick is arranged inside the upper case and capable of being pushed out from the upper case. The cap can cover upon the upper case. The driving mechanism has a push button exposed out of a lower end of the lower case for being pressed. The lipstick will be raised up with a predetermined distance by a singe press of the push button so that the use of the lipstick is well controlled. Through above components, the press lipstick assembly is portable and easy to handle.

Abstract: A stick-shaped material extruding container for performing forward and backward movements of a stick-shaped material without trouble and prevent detachment of the stick-shaped material by an impact. A movable body having a piston-like extruding portion, closely attached within a filling member, is arranged within a container. The stick-shaped material is loaded in the filling member so as to be closely attached to the filling member and the piston-like extruding portion. When the stick-shaped material is pushed by a forward movement of the piston-like extruding portion to appear from an opening of the container, a sucking action is generated due to decompression between the piston-like extruding portion and the stick-shaped material by a backward movement of the piston-like extruding portion to retract the stick-shaped material, and the decompression prevents falling off of the stick-shaped material from the container.

Abstract: To perform forward and backward movements of a stick-shaped material without trouble and prevent detachment of the stick-shaped material by an impact, a piston (7) in a movable body (6) arranged within a container (100) is closely attached within a filling member (1), the stick-shaped material (M) is loaded in the filling member (1) so as to be closely attached thereto, and the piston (7) is closely attached to the stick-shaped material (M), whereby the stick-shaped material (M) is pushed by a forward movement of the piston (7) to appear from an opening (1a) of the container, a sucking action generated due to decompression is applied between the piston (7) and the stick-shaped material (M) by a backward movement of the piston (7) to retract the stick-shaped material (M), and the decompression prevents falling off of the stick-shaped material (M) from the container (100).

Abstract: A one hand lipstick container is provided, which includes: a container main body having a cylinder standing at the center of a body and a center through-hole; a container cover rotatably connected to the upper portion of the container main body and having an open inlet; a cover holder combined by a spiral with the outer side of the cylinder of the container main body and vertically moving up/down by rotational force of the container cover; a door hinged to the cover holder to open/close the upper portion of the cover holder; a lipstick housing that is combined by a spiral with the inner side of the center through-hole of the container main body in the cover holder, and vertically moved up/down by rotational force of the cover holder; and a vertical guide transmitting the rotational force of the cover holder to the lipstick housing and vertically guiding the lipstick housing to move up/down.

Abstract: A cosmetic applicator having an actuator near its top which can be easily used with one hand having an elastomeric top seal is described. The cosmetic applicator is provided with a seal opening sleeve which protects the body of cosmetic from the elastomeric seal during opening operations and closing operations.

Abstract: A device for packaging and method for applying a product configured to be applied on fibers. One example of the device includes a base incorporating a recess to accommodate a cup. This example of the device also includes a cup forming a seat for receiving a stick of product and a driving means for moving the cup relative to the base between a stowed position of the cup in the recess and a usage position in which an applicator portion of the stick emerges at least partially from an opening of the recess. The device includes a plurality of separator/comb elements extending around at least a portion of the opening of the recess, the separator/comb elements being configured so as to engage with the fibers to separate/comb them simultaneously to, or after the application of, the product onto the fibers by the applicator portion. A method is of using the device is also provided.

Abstract: A thrust-out type container for a rod-like article such as a lipstick comprises, in the order from the outside to the inside as viewed in a diametric direction of the container, an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder and a carrier. The carrier serves to support the rod-like article attached thereto. A control cylinder integrated with the inner cylinder lies outside the outer cylinder. An intermediate cylinder is interposed between the outer cylinder and the control cylinder. The intermediate cylinder comprises an upper portion extending upward beyond an upper end of the control cylinder and a lower portion extending into the control cylinder. A coupling member serving to couple the inner cylinder and the intermediate cylinder to each other is snap-engaged with the lower portion of the intermediate cylinder.

Abstract: A device for packaging and delivering a product, notably a cosmetic product, is provided with a body, a supporting cup forming a seat for the product and able to move relative to the body between a storage position and at least one position of use of the product, an operator for operating the supporting cup including a guidance sheath, a casing surrounding guidance sheath and a member for operating the cup. The device also includes structure that, in a designated position, prevents the casing from rotating, interacting with the casing and an actuator for actuating the structure.

Abstract: A natural mineral deodorant stick applicator includes a holder having at least one holder tab extending radially outwardly; an elongated outer tubular member having a longitudinal slot; an elongated inner tubular member rotatably held within the outer tubular member and having a notched helical groove. The tab of the holder is configured for projection through the helical groove and into the elongated slot. The holder is movable relative to the inner and outer tubular members as the inner tubular member is rotated relative to the outer tubular member. The notched helical groove includes a notched lower edge and a smooth upper edge. Each one of the plurality of adjacent inclined sections is set off from another adjacent inclined section by a step. The step forms a backstop which prevents the holder tab from retreating downwardly past the backstop. The step defines an increment of advancement. The holder tab is adapted to glide along the notched lower edge.
