Linear Adjustment Patents (Class 409/206)
  • Patent number: 11044202
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for multi-level classification of data traffic flows based in part on information in a first data packet for a data traffic flow. In exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, a key can be generated to track data traffic flows by application names and data packet information or properties. Based in part on these keys, patterns can be discerned to infer data traffic information based on only the information in a first data packet. The determined patterns can be used to predict classifications of future traffic flows with similar key information. In this way, data traffic flows can be classified and steered in a network based on limited information available in a first data packet.

  • Patent number: 10682784
Abstract: A planing machine (or simply “planer”) which may have two planer heads, each head containing the conventional knives and supporting apparatus to perform the actual cutting of material. To improve yield, the board is centered vertically as it progresses longitudinally through the planer. This is accomplished using either or (preferably) both of two systems: (1) a segmented self-centering drive roll system to feed the boards into the machine; and (2) a shoe mechanism which is controlled by a linkage such that the retracting segmented shoe assembly moves away from the planer head as it moves vertically to compensate for varying material thicknesses. The result is a more efficient use of the workpiece because less waste is created.

Abstract: According to the machine tool according to the present invention, a top-bottom guide is attached to a back surface of a base frame. By being guided by this top-bottom guide, the lifter moves in the top-bottom direction with respect to the base frame. A drive source which drives rotation of a top-bottom feed screw which extends parallel to the top-bottom guide is attached to a back surface of the base frame. This drive source is coupled with a bottom end of the top-bottom feed screw. As a result, compared to when the drive source is coupled with a top end of the top-bottom feed screw, the center of gravity of the machine tool can be set to a lower position. In this way, a machine tool can be increased in stability.

In addition, a processing machine for carrying out the process is suggested as well as the use of the processing machine for the milling of a groove into a multilayered or composite material board.

The locking system comprises a locking arm lever coupled to a threaded member arm which engages a plunge guide post to hold the router motor housing at a desired height above the router base when the locking arm member is in the locked position. When the locking arm member is moved into an unlocked position, the motor housing can move up and down the plunge guide post, where the motor housing is opposed by a bias system comprising a compression spring to prevent the motor housing from free-falling into the router base. Additionally, the locking arm lever can be held in the unlocked position with the use of a mating coupling member attached to the motor housing in order to keep the plunge locking system in an unlocked position.

Abstract: Improvements made to a router relate to a fine adjust depth stop system. The preferred router comprises a micro-adjust knob coupled to a threaded member within one of a plurality of plunge guide posts. A depth stop nut is coupled to the treaded member such that the nut travels up and down the threaded member as the mirco-adjust knob is rotated. The location of the nut within the plunge guide post defined a depth stop position for the motor housing relative to a router base. When the motor housing is located at the depth stop position, the stop point, and thus the motor housing, will move up and down relative to the base as the micro-adjust knob is rotated.
