The moisturizing agent is added in an amount of from 5 to 20% by weight based on the weight of the toner particles. Further, the developing agent satisfies the following formula (1) C=A×B?10. In the formula (1), A represents the volume average particle diameter of the toner particles (?m), B represents the addition amount of the additive (% by weight), and C represents a coverage factor.
