  • Patent number: 11954978
Abstract: In an electronic gaming device, a boost stage uses a metamorphic graphical element. The boost stage starts when predetermined condition such as a “near-miss” condition occurs and provides an additional opportunity to satisfy a trigger condition for a supplemental feature. The metamorphic graphical element indicates how many times the predetermined condition has occurred since the supplemental feature was last triggered. When the boost stage starts, the state of the metamorphic graphical element can advance to a higher state value, visually indicating the additional opportunity to satisfy the trigger condition for the supplemental feature. For the boost stage, if the previous result (associated with the predetermined condition) is enhanced enough to satisfy the trigger condition, the supplemental feature is triggered and the metamorphic graphical element is reset. Otherwise, the boost stage finishes but the advanced state value of the metamorphic graphical element is maintained.

  • Patent number: 11801438
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide an electronic gaming machine, systems and methods with a wheel feature mode dependent on base game outcomes. Specifically, a gaming machine comprises a user interface, a display device, and a game controller. The wheel feature mode is triggered during a base game based on wheel feature mode trigger conditions. The wheel feature mode animates a graphical user interface to present a spinning feature wheel that provides credit value awards, dependent on base game outcomes (e.g., one or more base game bingo pattern outcomes), through a sequence of player-initiated feature wheel spins. If one or more winning base game outcomes remain in the base game, the wheel feature mode continues with each wheel slice value reset, such that the minimum wheel slice value is equal to or greater than the previous spinning feature wheel credit value award which continues until no winning base game outcomes remain.

  • Patent number: 11040272
Abstract: A gaming method and system are disclosed wherein the number of available bingo patterns that may be used in a class II game are significantly increased. When using a class II gaming engine to determine the results of a class II game play, a bingo card associated with a feature may award credit values and also one or more additional nested bingo cards, to all be played within the resolution of a single feature. This feature nesting increases the number of patterns available, thereby increasing the distribution of prizes in a class II game. By expanding the number of available patterns in this manner, it is possible to improve a player's experience when playing a class II game, and to better replicate the target prize distribution for all features of a class III game on a class II game.
