A central axis of the lower hinge mount is positioned relative to a central axis of the upper hinge mount to enable a door secured to the upper hinge mount and the lower hinge mount to open and close relative to an opening of the enclosure. The refrigerated enclosure system also includes a first insulating layer positioned on a back side of the top rail and within the interior region and a second insulating layer positioned on a back side of the bottom rail and within the interior region. The first and second insulating layers inhibit a transfer of heat into the enclosure.

The window is lowered so footer J-channel flange slides between the bottom edge of the metal building wall and a framing member at the bottom of the cut opening so that window frame rest on the window sill. Fasteners attach the window frame to the framing members through the metal building wall. Trim caps snap over the nailing fins to finish the trimmed window.

    Abstract: A method is provided for coupling individual fenestration units together and sealing the gaps between them so as to form a sealed compound fenestration unit. The individual fenestration units include mating channels and tabs, or other connectors, that are attached to outside frame surfaces of the individual fenestration units. When the connectors are coupled together, they attach the frames of the individual fenestration units securely together in such a way that gaps are formed between the units along their joined frame surfaces. The gaps are sealed by resilient sealing strips that are configured to be inserted into the gaps, and that are formed with seals that bear against the walls of the gaps to form impervious moisture seals.

    Abstract: The invention consists of an improved heat exchange conduit formed between pre-fabricated building panels and a daylighting section integral within pre-fabricated, structural panels. The daylighting section has the capability to take ceiling air (or air below free-standing arrays) and either return it to the building during heating months, reject the heat, or shunt it for other uses after being warmed through a dual pane glazing assembly with infrared rejection. During summer days, this allows for dramatic reduction in building cooling demand. Heat exchange surfaces within the conduit are thermally tied to the exterior components of the panels to allow heating by solar insolation or cooling to night sky or air. An advanced insulation system adds to thermal performance and sealed insulation cavities prevent moisture degradation of R-Values.
