  • Patent number: 11044826
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cover-securing mechanism for a transmitter housing closed by a screwed-on cover. The cover-securing mechanism includes a securement pin with a screw arranged at a first end region of the securement pin. A passageway, which is embodied to accommodate the securement pin, is integrated in the cover. A groove includes a circularly shaped section and is introduced into a cover facing region of the transmitter housing. The securement pin is securable at a transmitter housing far end of the cover in the passageway such that in a secured state a second end region of the securement pin protrudes inwardly into the groove and, as such, a twisting of the cover screwed onto the transmitter housing is constrained relative to the transmitter housing.

  • Patent number: 9493965
Abstract: A door lock assembly operates a deadbolt between unlocked and locked positions. It includes an actuator, a ring, and a spring member. The actuator includes an integral arm, that extends inwardly, to the center of the ring, and the arm has a cam provided upon the center axis, and receives the torque blade from center key cylinder. In the preferred embodiment, when the ring is turned in a clockwise direction, it locks the deadbolt of the latch bolt assembly, by shifting it to a locking position, and all of this can be achieved because the key cylinder is on a center axis, and the axis of the latch bolt assembly and deadbolt intersects that same center axis in their operation.

Abstract: A door lock includes outer assemblies, latch assemblies and inner assemblies. The inner assemblies has a turning switch, fixing bolts, an interior rose and a detent device that includes an inner plate, a stop plate, a stop seat, a rotating spring, a retaining spring and a sprag. By pressing down the stop plate as the latch bolt is in a casing, a protruding block of the stop seat is engaged with a protruding member of the stop plate. The spindle can not rotate backward and maintains in an unlocked state. After the stop plate is pressed upward, the turning switch returns to a locked state and the latch bolt extends out of the casing. Therefore, the detent device can keep the latch bolt in the casing and keep the lock in the unlocked state.

Abstract: A handle-latch assembly mounted on a horizontal sliding door and coupled to a vertically movable latch bolt which protrudes outwardly from a top or bottom door edge, and which enables the inside and outside handles of the door to be respectively used for moving the door in closing and opening directions. The door has a manual lock actuator on the inside of the door, and an optional key-lock actuator on the outside of the door, whereby latching the door in the closed position requires a deliberate manual manipulation of either the inner lock actuator or the outer key actuator. The assembly permits sequential unlocking and opening of the door from the inside by application of a single horizontally-directed force to the inner handle. The handle-latch mechanism includes cooperating linkages, and the linkages are automatically reset into an unlocked position whenever the locked door is opened from the inside.
