Abstract: The present invention relates to a cooling device for inverter and DC/DC converter (LDC) elements for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) and, more particularly, to a cooling device for inverter and LDC elements for HEV that enhances the cooling efficiency by applying a cooling device that uses a heat pipe principle to convect coolant to an inverter system that radiates heat of high temperature.
Abstract: When a shift lever is in a parking position, a rotation restriction index Jm2 is set based on a drive state of an engine or a first motor (S130, S160, S240, and S290). A current value based on the rotation restriction index Jm2 is set to a current command of the d axis in an electric angle when motoring of the engine in a stop state is started and a second motor is controlled such that the magnetic field direction of a stator of the second motor is fixed. This method can appropriately prevent a power shaft from rotating.

Abstract: A hybrid drive system is provided which includes a first damper that is connected to an output shaft of an engine; an electric motor which is provided adjacent to the first damper and connected to the output side of the first damper; a power split device that distributes power from the engine to the electric motor and a wheel side output shaft; and a second damper that is connected to the output side of the first damper between the first damper and the electric motor. Accordingly, a hybrid drive system can be provided which reduces vibration caused by resonance of a torsional damper without increasing the size of the hybrid drive system.
