Abstract: An apparatus for weighing hard gelatine capsules or the like has a feed conduit and a discharge conduit, as well as a weighing receptacle that is disposed between them with virtually no cap. By means of a pawl, whichever of the lowermost hard gelatine capsule or the like is released in the feed conduit and pushed over onto the weighing receptacle by a lever can be pivoted into the feed conduit. A vane wheel is also present, whose vanes engages the feed conduit, the weighing receptacle and the discharge conduit and thereby form virtually closed-off transport chambers, each for one hard gelatine capsule or the like.
Abstract: The invention relates to a piston pump (10) with a piston (20) axially displaceable in a bush (12). In order to keep the piston (20) captive in the bush (12), the invention proposes that an annular loss-prevention means (90), with conically protruding spring tongues (96), be inserted in the manner of a snap connection into a V-shaped groove (80) in the bush (12), whose spring tongues (96) resiliently press a groove side (98) of a groove (34) made in the piston (40) into the groove (34), engaging it from behind, when the piston (20) is introduced into the bush (12). Abstract: An electric motor for moving or adjusting parts of vehicles such as windshield wipers and sunroofs have switching devices for shutting of the electric motor in at least one predetermined position of the movable part, for example also for shutting off the electric motors when the parts are disposed in their end positions. For this purpose, the switching devices have at least one permanent magnet that is for the actuation of switching contacts and, for example, is disposed on a switching gear, and have at least one sensor that is sensitive to magnetic fields. Different switching gears are stored for different sizes of parts to be moved. The invention sets forth a switching gear as an annular disk made of a magnetizable material, wherein the material is preferably comprised of a permanent magnet powder and a thermoplastic bonding. Such an annular disk is magnetized either in the immediate vicinity of an associated drive device or when installed in this drive device.

Abstract: A system for storing grease in a storage tank for removal of spent grease from the storage tank. The storage tank includes a heating device which comprises a L-shaped tubular heating device having a heating element inserted into it, a non-flammable and preferably non-toxic heat transfer fluid supplied within the L-shaped heating tube of the device, and a pop-off or check valve supplied on the extremity of one leg of the L-shaped heat tube to relieve excess pressure should the heating element cause the heat transfer fluid to boil due to some malfunction. The heating element is desirably disposed in one leg of the L-shaped tube, preferably in the shorter of the two legs forming the L-shape of the heat tube, and extends into one of the legs at least a portion of its length.
Abstract: A valve for controlling fluids, which is provided with a fluid-filled coupling chamber that is disposed between an actuator piston of a piezoelectric actuator and a piston that actuates a valve member. In order to compensate for a leakage in the coupling chamber that is intermittently under high pressure during a switching procedure, a filling valve is provided that is disposed radially on the coupling chamber, but outside the chamber, and this valve monitors an inflow from an inlet conduit that is under ambient pressure in the valve. In this manner, on the one hand, the clearance volume produced by the attachment of the filling valve is very small and on the other hand, the filling valve is independent of the accelerated movements of the pistons, i.e., independent of their acceleration forces. The valve is designated for use in fuel injection devices for internal combustion engines of motor vehicles.

Abstract: Apparatus for stacking egg carriers comprises in linear disposition a carrier delivery conveyor feeding onto a loading station. A transfer arrangement is provided to lift a load from the loading station, displace it linearly and deposit it on a stacking station. A discharge conveyor feeds from the stacking station and a transfer device is provided to move a load or a layered plurality of loads, from the stacking station onto the discharge conveyor. A motive power source is provided and an actuating mechanism operable at the loading station to operate the power source to provide movement of the transfer arrangement and periodically movement of the transfer device.
Abstract: The valve has a seat valve with a hollow-conical valve seat and a closing member in the form of a spherical layer on a longitudinally drilled tappet. An inflow bore communicating with a pressure medium inlet discharges centrally into the valve seat. The largely pressure-equalized tappet is engaged by a magnet armature acting on the seat valve in a closing manner and by a restoring spring acting in the opening direction. The valve embodied in principle as a switching valve is controllable into stable intermediate positions on the basis of the following provisions: the cone angle of the valve seat is at most 90.degree.; the force at the closing member, originating in the restoring spring, is adapted such that it has a course that decreases monotonously with an increasing valve opening stroke (h); the magnet circuit of the valve is embodied such that the magnetic force (F.sub.

Abstract: A fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines, is proposed, with a distributor pump piston (6), which is supported in a housing bore (5) and on its jacket face, has a distributor groove (12), a filling groove (18), which is connected to a pressure relief chamber, and a pressure compensation surface (36). This filling groove constitutes a first leakage route (39) in the direction of the distributor groove (12) and constitutes a second leakage route (42) in the direction of an annular groove (20) in such a way that the pressure compensation surface, which is otherwise always closed by the inner wall of the bore (5), produces a high-pressure fuel supply by way of the first leakage route (39) in the direction of the pressure compensation surface (36) and this pressure compensation surface (36) is in turn relieved by way of the second leakage route (42) in the direction of the annular groove (20).

Abstract: A cable retainer which is made of plastic including elastic element which can be bent to secure a cable in place. The cable retainer has a retaining element with a curved end wall and a retaining tongue with a free end that is aligned with the retaining element. On both sides of the retaining tongue guide rails are provided, which with an inclined portion of their guide face guides the cable during cable installation and prevents excessive sagging of the retaining tongue in order to secure the cable between the curved end wall and the retaining tongue. The cable retainer either as an independent part or as an integral part of a body serves to fix a cable to a body.

Abstract: The invention relates to a hydraulic vehicle brake system with a hydraulic pump and a high pressure hydraulic accumulator for external power braking and a conventional master cylinder that is used as a braking power set point adjuster for external power braking and is used to actuate the brake system by muscle power in the event of a failure of the external power brake system. The system connects an intake side of the hydraulic pump to a low pressure hydraulic accumulator into which brake fluid travels from the wheel brake cylinders when the wheel brake pressure decreases. The system has the advantage that no connections of the hydraulic pump to a reservoir of the master cylinder are necessary, which in the event of a leak, would jeopardize the function of both the external power service brake system and the muscle power auxiliary brake system.

Abstract: A switching magnet with which a valve reed of a high-pressure pump is lifted from a seat in order to switch off a pump element of the high-pressure pump. The switching magnet is disposed in a housing that is manufactured as a plastic injection-molded part. An armature that floats in an armature chamber and a brass sleeve are disposed on the inside of the housing and the brass sleeve is turned upside down over a pole piece. The pole piece supports an O-ring, which rests against the inside of the brass sleeve and seals the armature chamber in relation to the outside and in relation to the coil. A second O-ring seals a passage of the tappet in relation to a pump cover of the high-pressure pump. The switching magnet is designated for use in a high-pressure pump of a common rail injection system of an internal combustion engine.
