Abstract: A closure for cans or tins of different diameters having an edge bead. A spring component with a loop-like protrusion is guided in a radial slide guide on the underside of a plate-like basic component of the closure. The loop-shaped web facing the tin merges into the face edge web which thus elastically grips beneath the edge bead of the tin. The loop-shaped web facing away from the tin is supported on the basic component and thus provides the spring loading.
Abstract: A method for the production of granules by the use of a high speed agitated granulating machine provided with agitating means for rolling and agitating a substance for granulation, spray means for spraying a binding liquid on the substance, disintegrating means for disintegrating particles arising from granulation, and drying means for drying the particles, characterized by effecting the production by causing the means to act on the substance for granulation simultaneously thereby performing the agitating, granulating, disintegrating, and drying operations simultaneously. An apparatus for automatically implementing the method is also disclosed. The method for high speed agitating sterilization according to this invention is capable of producing granules which are extremely homogeneous in contents of components and excellent in flowability and compression moldability. The granules in process of formation do not easily form coarse lumps as by cohesion and the produced granules possess stable quality.
Abstract: A hinged support or the like for the articulated connection of chassis parts in motor vehicles, in which a section connecting bearing eyes at the ends to one another is designed as a hollow section and is assembled from parts which are manufactured as shell-shaped open parts and are connected to one another after manufacture to form a closed hollow section.
Abstract: A short-stroke dome-shaped disc film spring comprising a dome-shaped portion and a skirt figure portion, wherein the cross section of the skirt figure portion rises in a line, the rise angel is inclined inward between 40 degrees and 60 degrees, the height of the skirt figure portion is between 0.2 mm and 0.4 mm, and the dome-shaped portion and the skirt figure portion are formed from a resin film of thickness 75 to 200 .mu.m. The dome-shaped film spring has a short stroke at which a feeling of a click is obtained.
Abstract: The tubular member for telescopic propeller shafts has a cross-sectional profile with four projections 1, 1 and 3, 3 and respective longitudinal channels 5, 5 and 7, 7; each of the projections has symmetrical outwardly converging walls; and the plane of symmetry X--X of two opposing projections 1, 1 forms an angle of 85.degree. and an angle of 95.degree. with the plane of symmetry Y--Y of the other two opposing projections 3, 3.
Abstract: The present invention deals with the problem of changing the design of the roof rails, which have hitherto been of a multipart design, in such a way that they can be manufactured in a simple manner and at a lower cost. This is achieved according to the present invention by the spar and the feet including one component, which is preferably formed by a deformed hollow chamber section. To achieve this, the hollow chamber section is deformed downward in a gentle arch at its end. The deformed bent section is cut off on the underside obliquely to the curved longitudinal axis of the section. The bottom of the hollow chamber section is then pressed in from below, so that an omega-shaped cross section is formed. The roof rail thus prepared has a consistently elegant shape, which does not reveal how it was made.

Abstract: A miniature motor comprising a housing formed into a bottomed hollow tubular shape and having a permanent magnet fixedly fitted to the inner circumferential surface thereof, a rotor facing the permanent magnet and comprising an armature iron core having a coil wound thereon and a commutator, an end plate fitted to an open end of the housing and having brushes coming in sliding contact with the commutator and input terminals electrically connected to the brushes, and a cooling fan provided between the armature iron core of the rotor and the commutator; the rotor being rotatably supported by bearings provided on the bottom of the housing and the end plate, in which an integral cooling fan is formed by providing a plurality of fins at circumferentially equal intervals between first and second fan rings fitted to the ends of the commutator and the armature iron core, respectively, and a plurality of bosses are provided on the end face of the second fan ring.
Abstract: A flushing device has a first pushbutton for triggering a flushing with essentially the total amount of water present in the flushing tank and a second pushbutton for triggering a flushing with part of this amount of water. Both pushbuttons are connected to a valve pipe, which is to be raised during flushing and is mounted in a float housing. A beaker-shaped hollow body, which is raised as an additional weight with the closing element in the case of a partial flushing, is arranged in the flushing tank. The hollow body is raised with the closing element during a complete flushing and during a partial flushing alike. In the case of a complete flushing, the hollow body is opened by an opening such that water contained in the said hollow body flows out at least partially when the closing element with the hollow body is raised.
Abstract: A safety protection device for joints, that is knots, of metal scaffolds, especially of a variable geometry type, made up of two caps which are disposed with slight clearance on opposite sides with respect to the center line (a-a) of the joint. Each safety protection device is made up of two bodies each having two facing semicircular recesses so as to delimit, in use, two facing chambers. The chambers are for housing corresponding parts or portions of the joint. Two circular holes are provided for the passage of two tubes connected by the joint. The parts of each one of the caps is connectable to each other in a fixed but removable way.
Abstract: An axle suspension for rigid axles in vehicles, especially utility vehicles, in which at least one longitudinal control arm is arranged on each side of the vehicle approximately at the same level. The control arms extend in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and connect the vehicle axle vertically movably to the vehicle body. At a different level, a triangle pull rod is articulated to the vehicle axle and to the vehicle body centrally and laterally offset. A stabilizer bar including a torsion spring bar counteracting lateral tilting movements by torsional stresses is also provided. The stabilizer bar is arranged directly between the longitudinal control arms. The ends of the stabilizer bar are connected to the longitudinal control arms in the manner of a universal joint, but rotating in unison.
Abstract: The toothbrush includes a handle (1) with a head (3) furnished with bristles (5) and a device for cleaning the surface of the tongue. The handle (1) is composed of two parts (1A, 1B) joined by a thin, flexible, arc-shaped strip (7) at the base of the handle (1) opposite the head (3). The thin, flexible strip (7) serves as a scraper for cleaning the tongue.
Abstract: A coil support and a winding arranged thereon, especially one including a fiber-optic waveguide, whose turns are mutually fixed by a binding agent. The binding agent drys while a volatile solvent diffuses off. The coil support is permeable to solvent and is designed such that it has essentially the same coefficient of thermal expansion as the winding. This achieves the uniform, thorough drying of the binding agent over the entire winding and reduces the risk of damage to the fiber-optic waveguide during the transportation and the unwinding of the winding in a coil form.

Abstract: An improved circular carrousel machine is provided for carrying out the joining seam of two tubular articles, especially women's stockings, to form a pantyhose article. The machine includes at least two paired, flat, superposed shapes (1) for supporting the articles (M), and at least a sewing machine (C) provided with a finger (3) and a foot (4) and suitably positioned in a corresponding carrousel sewing station. Each of the shapes (1) is provided, in correspondence of each of its internal edges (11), with an appendix (10) of predetermined length and developed according to the longitudinal direction of the shape (1). The appendix (10) is centripetally oriented with respect to the central longitudinal axis (x--x) of the shape (1) and projecting from the respective edge (11). The front edge (30) of the finger (3) of the sewer is wedge shaped, with its front (30) sloping down in the direction of the incoming shapes (1).
