Abstract: Improvements in a machine for shaping hamburgers, which include a table-frame with a horizontally displaceable mold into which mold the ground meat enters directly and which has an element for detecting the pressure of the meat. The element, when it is drawn back, produces a signal for starting up the machine. A device is provided for expelling the freshly shaped hamburger, which device has structure for preventing the hamburger from sticking. This structure includes a chamber inside the expelling device, through whose periphery atmospheric air escapes, a knife provided on its base with a conduit with openings, through which air escapes in order to detach the edges of flexible sheets enveloping the hamburger, and upper and lower rolls for supplying flexible sheet, which rolls have inertia brakes including a pair of motorized rollers, above which rests the respective coil.
Abstract: An apparatus for the preparation of mixtures, especially dye solution. The apparatus includes a device for withdrawing a predetermined batch of product at a withdrawal station and for transferring the product to a separate dissolution station (SD). A device is provided for the dissolution of the product in the solvent, disposed in the dissolution station. A programmable electronic device is provided for operating the devices for withdrawal, transfer and dissolution of the product. The device for dissolution includes in a fixed horizontal plate with an annular seal housed in a corresponding channel of the lower surface of the plate making up a tight-sealing element for the mouth of a corresponding cylinder vessel containing the product to be dissolved. The vessel is associated with a vertical operating cylinder for driving the vessel from a lower to an upper position.

Abstract: A terminal block with a plastic housing and insulation displacement contact elements provided therein for incoming and outgoing conductors. In order to simplify the termination of the conductors at the insulation displacement contact elements and to permit a protection of the conductors against surge voltages and surge currents, it is provided that the insulation displacement contact elements are disposed separately from each other in the plastic housing, and that each insulation displacement contact element is provided with a center tapping. The spaced center tappings opposedly disposed in the plastic housing can be connected with each other by different function plugs.

Abstract: A fluidic nozzle which is flown through by a singular injection jet and which periodically deflects the injection jet. The nozzle has a nozzle channel, whose cross section is expanded in relation to the injection jet, and with control openings opening into the nozzle channel downstream close to the neck of the nozzle for injecting a control fluid that brings about the deflection of the jet. The nozzle channel has a channel cross section, which is two-dimensionally expanded in height and width in relation to the cross section of the jet, with a cross-section contour corresponding to the desired distribution cross section, and it is provided with a number of control openings. The control openings are arranged offset in relation to one another in the circumferential direction of the nozzle channel and are activated one after another in sequence to generate a jet movement rotating along the circumference of the nozzle channel.

Abstract: A pivoting transfer means for a jet of bulk material between a first cover belt conveyor and a second cover belt conveyor. The bulk material leaves the cover belt conveyor in the area of the tail pulleys and enters the receiving mouth of a second cover belt conveyor as a free jet of bulk material. Both cover belt conveyors are arranged pivotably in relation to one another around a pivot axis. The receiving mouth of the cover belt conveyor is limited by the bottom belt, the cover belt and the side walls. The jet of bulk material is deflected from the vertical into the horizontal direction of delivery within the receiving mouth. The first belt conveyor may be arranged at a higher level with the second cover belt conveyor arranged thereunder. However, the second cover belt conveyor may also be arranged at a higher level with the first cover belt conveyor arranged thereunder wherein the transfer is still from the first cover belt conveyor to the second cover belt conveyor.

Abstract: A device is provided for detachably fastening an embroidery frame, slidingly arranged on a support surface, to a drive member of a feed mechanism of a sewing or embroidery machine. The device includes a coupling device acting in a positive-locking manner and nonpositively acting locking device. Two coupling pins, which are located at mutually spaced locations from one another in the horizontal direction and carry a head each, are fastened to the said embroidery frame. A holding element is fastened to the drive member and contains two elongated holes, which extend in parallel to the said support surface of the machine and whose height corresponds to the diameter of the said coupling pins. A free space is provided in the area of the elongated holes for the heads of the said coupling pins.
Abstract: A special design of a funnel for filling liquids safely especially into nontransparent containers, e.g., fuel tanks of lawn mowers. To indicate the filling level of the container, a measuring rod of a float is guided in a perforated plate of the funnel. Passage slots, through which the liquid filled into the funnel can enter the container, are located in the funnel tube under the perforated plate. Due to buoyancy, the float strikes the underside of the perforated plate, and as a result it prevents the container from being overfilled.
Abstract: A termination unit for telecommunication and data lines, including a front portion provided with an insertion opening, a frame, an electrical plug connector, a plug socket and contact elements for the lines. In order to simplify accessibility to the electrical plug connector of the termination unit, the front portion is adapted as one piece together with the frame and is provided with a removable access cover and that the electrical plug connector and the plug socket are disposed on the rear side of the removable access cover behind the insertion opening of a component unit disposed on the rear side of the front portion and connected to the plug connector with the plug socket.
