Abstract: A therapeutic brassiere is disclosed being constructed of a one piece directional elastic material. The direction of elasticity of the material is more stretchable in the up and down direction than the lateral direction as seen from the front of the wearer, the elastic material includes self-forming cups when worn by a person. Each of the cups has an apex from which shoulder straps emanate to pass over the shoulder of the wearer to cross in the back and being attached to lateral edges on the opposite side of the brassiere. At the lateral sides of the brassiere, fasteners are placed which fasten to corresponding fastener located on the shoulder straps. The shoulder straps are widened at their ends and are also reinforced at that location. The cups receive pads in the shape of a tear drop with the major part of the shape of the tear drop being located at the lateral sides of the brassiere.

wherein
m is an integer from 1 to 3;
n is an integer from 0 to 50;
p is an integer from 1 to 25; and
R1 is C1-C3 alky or benzyl;
a process for their preparation, and their use as supports for solid phase synthesis of small molecules and as supported nucleophiles to aid solution phase synthesis.
Abstract: Novel copolymers of fluorinated olefins and maleic anhydride, maleic acid, dichloromaleic anhydride or dichloromaleic acid may be made by using as solvents for the maleic anhydride or acid a perfluorinated alkyl carboxylic acid, or liquid or supercritical hexafluoropropylene or carbon dioxide. The resulting polymers are useful as adhesives or compatibilizing agents for fluoropolymers, and in coatings.

Abstract: We describe a system of electronically active inks which may include electronically addressable contrast media, conductors, insulators, resistors, semiconductive materials, magnetic materials, spin materials, piezoelectric materials, optoelectronic, thermoelectric or radio frequency materials. We further describe a printing system capable of laying down said materials in a definite pattern. Such a system may be used for instance to: print a flat panel display complete with onboard drive logic; print a working logic circuit onto any of a large class of substrates; print an electrostatic or piezoelectric motor with onboard logic and feedback or print a working radio transmitter or receiver.
Abstract: An improved asymmetrical charger for charging a plurality of batteries of different capacity and voltage values, and automatically judging the residual power capacity and charge saturation level of every battery mainly includes a control unit, a voltage detection unit, a battery dock, an alternate power supply circuit, a current detection and rapid/slow charging switch unit, a battery detection unit, and a human machine interface. The battery dock is connected to a main circuit of the alternate power supply circuit, and connects in series at least one battery chamber which has two parallel circuits; one of the parallel circuits has a short circuit switch driven by the current detection and rapid/slow charging switch unit and another one of the parallel circuits has a positive conductor and a negative conductor to connect a battery thereby to provide a safe charger for charging batteries of different capacities without risking overcharge or undercharge of the batteries.
Abstract: A holder for table napkins has a base supporting prongs for engaging table napkins to hold them upright. A suction cup is held to the underside of the base for holding the base securely to a surface such as a table upon removal of a napkin. The suction cup has upstanding portions engaging the underside of the base to enable the suction cup to be depressed by movement of the napkin holder downwardly. In preferred form, the base has an opening for receiving a tab connected to the suction cup for releasing the suction cup from the table.
Abstract: An apparatus for lining up micro-balls in accordance with the present invention includes: ball carrying pallets having a plurality of pits for holding the micro-balls, respectively, on its surface, a pallet holder for holding the ball carrying pallets, a lining-up container defining a sealed chamber in association with the pallet holder hermetically fitted thereto, a storing tank for storing liquid carrier in which micro-balls are dispersed, and applying/collecting device for communicating the storing tank with the lining-up container via a passage to supply the micro-balls together with the liquid carrier from the storing tank to the sealed chamber and return the surplus micro-balls together with the liquid carrier from the sealed chamber to the storing tank.
Abstract: A process for producing a polyester that comprises 65 to 90 wt. % poly(alkylene ether) glycol. The process comprises the step of copolymerizing a preformed polyester polymer having an inherent viscosity of at least 0.4 dL/g and a poly(alkylene ether) glycol, to obtain said polyester comprising said 65 to 90 wt. % poly(alkylene ether glycol).
Abstract: A method of forming a ratchet wheel adapted to be disposed in at least one end of the ratchet wrench for engaging an element to be turned, includes the step of providing a wheel blank having a generally hollow, cylindrical body formed with a radially projecting rib located midway between an upper hub portion and a lower hub portion, the upper hub portion being integrally formed with an upstanding lip having a diameter equal to or slightly smaller than the diameter of the upper hub portion. The method also includes the step of bending the lip inwardly to form a retention ring adapted to engage the upper surface of the element to be turned and prevent the element from slipping through the wheel of the ratchet wrench.
Abstract: A receptacle for receiving telephone plug and wide-band cable plug includes a body with a terminal having at least 8 pins connected to the body and an inlet defined in the body. Abstract: A combine header transport may be rapidly and easily adjusted to support a wide variety of kinds and shapes of headers for transport. The transport includes an inclined bracket having a slotted sloped surface. A rail having a plate affixed thereto overlies the sloped surface and a second plate underlies the sloped surface. The underlying plate has an offset at one end which receives a first coupling to the overlying plate, and a second hooked coupling couples the other ends of the plates together. When the second coupling is relaxed, the rail may be readily slid along the sloped surface to effect rapid and simultaneous adjustment of the rail in both the transverse horizontal direction and in vertical elevation, and the adjustment may be accomplished without a wrench or other tool.
