Abstract: Information indicating a shape of a screen, a shape of a viewing area and a relative positional relationship between the viewing area and the screen is acquired. A shared area in which a three-dimensional image presented by a three-dimensional display is to be arranged in order to be observed from any position in the viewing area is created based on the acquired information. Based on the acquired information, a specific area in which a three-dimensional image presented by the three-dimensional display is to be arranged in order to be observed from a specific position in the viewing area is created. The data indicating the created shared area and the data indicating the specific area are generated.

Abstract: The present invention provides a means to modulate gene expression in vivo in a manner that avoids problems associated with CRISPR endogenous protein knock-out or knock-in strategies and strategies that provide for correction, or alteration, of single nucleotides. The invention includes inserting into the genome a nucleotide encoding a heterobifunctional compound targeting protein (dTAG) in-frame with the nucleotide sequence of a gene encoding an endogenously expressed protein of interest which, upon expression, produces an endogenous protein-dTAG hybrid protein. This allows for targeted protein degradation of the dTAG and the fused endogenous protein using a heterobifunctional compound.

Abstract: A carbon dioxide separation recovery method includes: bringing a particulate carbon dioxide adsorbent and a treatment target gas containing carbon dioxide into contact with each other to make the carbon dioxide adsorbent adsorb the carbon dioxide contained in the treatment target gas; and bringing the carbon dioxide adsorbent which has adsorbed the carbon dioxide and superheated steam into contact with each other to desorb the carbon dioxide from the carbon dioxide adsorbent and thereby regenerate the carbon dioxide adsorbent, and recovering the desorbed carbon dioxide. A saturation temperature of the superheated steam which is brought into contact with the carbon dioxide adsorbent is not more than a temperature of the carbon dioxide adsorbent which contacts the superheated steam. The regenerated carbon dioxide adsorbent is utilized for adsorption of the carbon dioxide again without being subjected to a drying step.

Abstract: The present invention provides a Diels-Alderase and use thereof, and belongs to the field of gene engineering technology. The Diels-Alderase is MaDA, and its amino acid sequence and gene sequence are represented by SEQ ID Nos. 1 and 2, respectively. The present invention also provides MaDA-1 and MaDA-2, both of which are homologous proteins of MaDA, and their amino acid sequences are represented by SEQ ID Nos. 10 and 12, respectively. The present invention has discovered that MaDA and its homologous proteins from Morus alba can stereospecifically synthesize natural products of endo configuration, and prepare D-A type natural products and their analogs in vitro using chalcones and dehydroprenyl-containing compounds as substrates, which helps to develop and utilize the medicinal value of such natural products, and also provides a possibility to synthesize other six-membered ring-containing important chemical precursors or natural products.

Abstract: An aggregation comprises: loads that draw electricity, and a hierarchy including a root dispatch engine at the top of the hierarchy, downstream dispatch engines each servicing downstream points comprising further downstream dispatch engines or loads, and the loads at the bottom of the hierarchy. Each downstream dispatch engine sends draw dispatches to its downstream points such that the total draw computed by summing the draw dispatches equals a draw dispatch received by the downstream dispatch engine from the dispatch engine above it in the hierarchy. The sent draw dispatches also satisfy downstream point draw constraints communicated to the downstream dispatch engine from its downstream points. In a method, a baseline long-term draw dispatch is determined for the aggregation, and the baseline long-term draw dispatch is modulated over a shorter time interval based on a short-term draw requirement to determine a draw dispatch for the aggregation.
