Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for treating autism spectrum disorder, a mouse for monitoring autism spectrum disorder, and a method for screening a candidate for preventing or treating autism spectrum disorder. Specifically, according to the present invention, the output signal (or excitation of population) of neurons of the ventrolateral thalamus (VL), the laterodorsal thalamus (LD) or the striatum may be suppressed by introducing a halorhodopsin protein into neurons of the ventrolateral thalamus (VL), the laterodorsal thalamus (LD) or the striatum and then irradiating light to induce hyperpolarization of the halorhodopsin protein. Thus, the present invention has the effect of preventing or treating autism.

Abstract: A prediction method, device, equipment, and storage medium for the image-level JND threshold, comprising: perceptual distortion discrimination is conducted on the raw image and on the compressed images in the compressed image set of the said image through trained multi-class perceptual distortion discriminator to obtain the set of perceptual distortion discrimination results (S101), and preset image-level JND search strategies are adopted for fault tolerance of the said set of perceptual distortion discrimination results to predict the image-level JND threshold of the said image (S102), thus reducing the prediction deviation of the image-level JND threshold, improving the prediction accuracy of the image-level JND threshold, and bringing the predicted JND threshold closer to the human visual system's perception of the quality of the entire image.

Abstract: This invention provides a novel carrier for enzyme immobilization and an immobilized enzyme. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a high-speed regenerative comparator circuit, including: a signal input stage connected with an input terminal for differential signal input; a latch for caching and serving as a differential signal output terminal; a current source connected with the signal input stage for providing a power supply voltage; a fast path connected with the output terminal and used for increasing a voltage difference of the output terminal and turning on a positive feedback network of the latch; and a reset switch, including a first reset switch and a second reset switch. In the high-speed regenerative comparator circuit of the present disclosure, the transmission delay of the regenerative comparator circuit can be greatly reduced; and in a latch phase, a bias voltage is disconnected by means of timing control, and thus the power consumption of a comparator can be reduced. The present disclosure has simple circuit and high reliability.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for protection against fretting fatigue by compound modification via laser shock peening and coating lubrication, where a group of micro-pits distributed into a regular array is firstly formed in a surface of a metal material by using laser shock peening, with a single micro-pit having a diameter of 1 to 10 mm and a depth of 1 to 20 ?m; and the micro-pits are then coated with a lubricant by coating preparation. Based on the micro-pit styling feature and surface residual compressive stress introducing feature of the laser shock peening, with compound modification by surface texturing via the laser shock peening and coating lubrication, the surface of the material can be reinforced by residual compressive stress, coating lubrication and surface micro-pit texturing with a synergistic effect, thus allowing for improved fretting fatigue behavior of the material.

Abstract: Optical systems and processes for calibrating and focusing optical systems are described. One embodiment of the invention includes an optical phase array (OPA) and an OPA controller that generates control signals to control phase shifters in the OPA. The OPA controller can calibrate the OPA by performing a plurality of phase sweeps using each of a plurality of different basis masks. Each phase sweep can involve performing a phase sweep across a phase sweep range at a plurality of phase step increments with respect to a first group of phase shifters identified in a basis mask. During the phase sweep, a calibration signal can be measured at each of the plurality of phase step increments and the measurements used to generate calibration phase state information. The calibration phase state information can be utilized to perform functions including (but not limited to) beamforming, focusing, and/or other waveform manipulation and control functions.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for encoding and decoding a quantized matrix and an apparatus using same, the method for encoding a quantized matrix according to the present invention comprising the steps of: determining a quantization matrix to be used for quantization and quantizing; determining the prediction method used for the quantization of the quantization matrix; and encoding quantization matrix information on the basis of the determined prediction method, wherein the prediction method can be either a prediction method between coefficients in the quantization matrix or a duplicate of the quantization matrix.
